Nicolosi is a sophomore, Sanders is a Senior, He spoke above his level and capacity and it should be a lesson Nicolosi learns from. Notice how Nicolosi didn't admit it, no apology like even in Matt's story, he left as he was called out for his own words before any reconciliation could even occur, like he was owed a handshake. Ultimately Nicolosi has time to recover, to improve, Sanders is playing well and auditioning for the league. They are not and were never on the same level (last year to Nicolosi's credit for outplaying his status). He adopted his teams energy as as his own and refused to back up his own words like they were folded into the teams comments. As a Qb1 you gotta set your teams energy, even with your comments, allowing your team to get behind you.
