Looks in the demo one of the tools has an existing part 08 22 185. I hope the new handles get new part numbers, otherwise the aftermarket scene is going to become a mess. (at least the handle has the new black component to make it easy to tell in a picture - but listing things the same will confuse uninformed buyers who, in 5 years, will expect thew new handle on everything.
There are several more pliers and cutters with this grip like: 74 02 200, 70 02 160, 95 12 225, 02 02 180, 02 05 180 They all seems like replacing exiting designs, my guess they will phase out the old multi component grip for this new grip. I guess there won't be much way to know other than description/photos.
I hope they just switch all the comfort handles over to this. I started going down the rabbit hole of part numbers, but realized the demo that starts at 1min is all over the place He pulls a pair of wire strippers out the bag, picks up a twin grip, we get a close up of model number, then the tool morphs into a diagonal cuter The part number that clearly can be seen is 08 22 185, which is existing on their site. A pair of pliers with the comfort grip.
I just LOVE how every industry advert has this exact music.
Only spend money for commercial music once lol

Nice looking over engineered rubbery Comfort Handles. But I find them to bulky.
Clever! What's the first pair of plairs please? Does anybody know the model?
I hope they just switch all the comfort handles over to this.

No AI? 😥
Can you send me some for testing on my channel? I own a lot of Knipex pliers, this is interesting.
