To get those three difficult screws out without stripping the heads, get a manual impact driver and put a little valve lapping compound on the #3 Phillips head. It took me just a few hits with a hammer to get them all out without any damage.
6:28 Careful trying to get that rod out. Mine would not come out easily. You really need to pry between the rod and the thing its inserted into to separate them. I screwed that part up. I just put too much pressure on the rod and broke off the ear its inserted into. Had to buy a new exterior handle. Thats $100 for a honda part and $40 for aftermarket dorman that doesnt fit as good and the color doesn't match.
