I'm grateful for you & all Flosstubers who give up your time to share your stitching. It certainly has enhanced my life. Love your projects as always. The dragon looks amazing on that fabric. I managed to get a hard copy of WOCS with the two dragons on the front cover so I'll start that to coincide with the publication of Onyx Storm. Glad to hear the massage helped. Enjoy your family time. Take care, best wishes from 🇮🇪
I look forward to your floss tubes every week and they are so much fun. When you mentioned the ready to ship sale from Bestitchme I had to pause you and run over there to order some of her fabrics. Love all your stitching and Santa’s House will be beautiful.
I stitch in hand using a combination of sewing method and stick/stab. My preference is 36 count linen. I am left-handed. That being said I enjoy seeing all the projects of others! You are very engaging and it is relaxing to visit with you. Your voice is very soothing and I appreciate what you do! Thank You.
Hi Laura! Love your Santa’s House and your plans for Dec. 1st. I will look up the prompts for I Spy. I haven’t participated before. Glad you are enjoying your visitors! Take care! 🙂
Hi Laura: Love your flosstube. I have decided to stitch the Celtic Dragon for my birthday start Dec 3. I think I will do the border as well. I have to first check out the fabric that I want to use and then decide for sure. Everyone on flosstube completes so much I am in awe. I'm 72 on my birthday and just don't seem to be able to complete projects as I used to. Plus I keep starting huge pieces. I really do appreciate your I Spy to help work on all those huge projects. Pennie😊
Laura, Happy Thanksgiving! Your flosstubes are one of the things I look forward to! Your Lila’s studio Spring Quaker is beautiful. The fabric and colors you’re using are gorgeous. Love the way the green thread looks in the pink fabric. Love the ‘criteria’ you follow when deciding which WIPS to continue working on and which ones to stop working on. Have a wonderful weekend and blessed beginning of December.
Thank you for sharing my pattern, I love that y’all are doing a SAL! 🥰 I look forward to seeing the colors and fabric you choose! I found your channel when I first started stitching years ago and your projects are always beautiful and inspiring. Happy Stitching! 🪡❤️
I like the DMC 115 better but I also do not like the variegated threads either. The green is so beautiful. Can not wait to see you stitch them up. Happy Stitching.
Hi Laura love your WIP's. They all are beautiful. I have been doing 3 months to a finish with Dena half cross stitch. You pick 6 projects and try to finish them in a 3 month period (Oct, Nov, Dec timeframe). I have finished 2 out of the six and hope to have the other 3 finished this month. I hope you and your family had a Happy Thanksgiving and a safe holiday. In the meantime Happy Stitching and be safe and kind. God bless Pat
You did quite a bit, considering the holiday. And it's beautiful!! So glad you're able to move a bit out of your comfort zone and continue healing as well. It's such a good thing to see you getting stronger and trying different things to keep improving. I'm so proud of you for continuing that health journey. (Though I will encourage you to step out of your comfort zone a little bit for the stitching and use the Colourworx red, too) It's also important to spoil the grandcats. They're family too! (As an aside, do cryptids count as animals for the SAL?) :D
I really enjoy your podcast. I learn so much from your podcast. I am a beginner . I was wondering do you have a podcast where you talk about how you select your fabric and how you determine which fabric background is right for your project? I am also interested in learning how to do the trade card . Do you have podcast for these project too?
Hi! Regarding Mill Hill ornaments. I usually leave the backstitch for last. I do, however mix the beading and the cross stitching up however the wind blows. Those sleighs aren’t my favorites but I have made 2 of them but 3 of each for my kids. I love how they look but doing them, personally, has been a bit of a bear. That said, Enjoy! 😊
I too want to add my thanks to you for all the work you put into your videos. I truly hit view each time a new one pops up. I don't always comment as I don't like typing on my tablet, or even my phone. I'm a keyboard type gal. Please let us know when you did start The Earth Laughs, as I thought it was more recent than 2020. I have it started, during a time in August when I had startitis, and hope to give it love in January again. I am down to the last 1200 stitches or so on Autumn Town, so that is staying in the snaps until I finish it. Re Markup R-XP, I've seen many people say that when you are uploading a chart to the app, to use a scanned PDF, rather than a photo. Have a great week.
I have beeen dealing with muscle and leg pain. Doing PT but to be honest I don’t feel much success with it. My husband and son made dinner on Thanksgiving. Oh and my dishwasher took a dump the day before last year my stove died the day before. Good luck with your therapy. I feel your pain. Lol

Grateful for you and your Flosstube Laura. Especially for your appreciation for stitching on Aida Cloth. 😊
I just love the fabric you picked for your dragon! It's really coming along. Hope you enjoyed your house full of people!

Great stitching. I love that dragon. The fabric makes it complete.

I received my trading cards! They look great. Thanks for hosting that. I had already started Santa’s house and am working on it now.

We watch for you! Don't think you need more than your stitching to keep us amused. Lol. Happy December to you.
You got a lot done even with company. Wonderful that you had family to enjoy the day with.
Hi Laura! Congrats on your beautiful finish! I enjoyed your video! Happy Stitching!
Hi, Laura. I am stitching Peaceful Path as well. I have decided the symbols for white and ecru are reversed but I am really enjoying stitching this.
I like the DMC 115 better but I also do not like the variegated threads either. The green is so beautiful. Can not wait to see you stitch them up. Happy Stitching.
I saved peaceful path. It’s such a cute stitch
Hi Laura
Love all of your WIPS - Beautiful Progress on them.
Take Care & Happy Stitching
❤️🤗🧵🪡🧵❤️
6:49 such beautiful colors on the fabric😍😍
Thanks for sharing Laura! I would backstitch before the beads on the Mill Hill :)

I love your spring Quaker. Like the green.
I love the fabric you chose for Santa’s House. Congrats on the Nov finish.
I LOVE how your penguin piece is looking!!
Thank you 😊
Hi Laura! Happy Thanksgiving! Love all the WIPs and look forward to seeing the progress!
When I tried Cosmo I too had difficulty with it shredding.
I need to do some of the games to help me along the way.

Have you considered honey for your 2 new Christmas stitches? Side by side in a scrapbook would give me festive vibes with the red, green & gold.
I'm dittoing what everyone else said in the comments. ❤ I'm catching this episode late. Happy belated Thanksgiving :-)

Perhaps the ModernTextillysal for our December 1st starts? 🦉🧑🏼🎄🎅🏼🎄
For flossmas, how about fully finishing one of your finishes from your box every day?

Love the red and green threadworks
I love the Threadworks green! What is the comparable DMC color for that one? I love both combinations!
I do the cross stitch first then beads.
