This is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen and heard.
The guy simply represents the man each of the girls "lost", hence a donut hole left by his absence. Alternatively, putting Mina in the Main character position, the "donut crime scene" is only part of the crime scene if you check it carefully, her guy may have died, putting an end to the "Love Loop", hence, Mina crying at the end. 👍

I'm 100% here for this, but I'm gonna be honest about a couple of things:
1) In my first watch, that first English "JUST LIKE A DOUGHNUT" caught me off guard. I had pause because it cracked me the fuck up. I was invested in the broken heart, touching, and serious tone. Then that hit. 😂
2) Seemingly unpopular opinion: Not feeling the off key synths at the end. Everything else was impeccable. That just seemed unnecessary in the home stretch.
