2021 Canary Islands WAVE Windsurfing Recap

2021 flew by with another great time here on the Canaries.
The year started a off with a trip to Fuerteventura & Gran Canaria to enjoy some more down the line wave sailing.
After that Cabezo came back to life with especially in May & beginning of December some exceptional good session with no summer crowds!
Most days I was able to sail on 4.0 or 4.4 making it a fairly windy year and now already looking forward towards next year.

👍🏄Those Wave-board race events were very enjoyable and exciting to watch,and although there were a couple of uncontrollable incidents which had the skilled Windsurfers suffer some injuries I was glad to see and hear them being confident about their recoveries and getting started in the sport again soon.

That spot is La Caleta on the North Shore in Fuerteventura. On a big SW storm, probably one of my best sessions of the year!!
