INGREDIENTS
Chicken - 1/2 kilo
Yogurt - 6 teaspoon + 100 ram
Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoon
Green chilies - 3
Coriander leaves - a handful
Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - of 1 lemon
Chat masala - 1and 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powdre - 1/2 teaspoon
Butter 50 gram + 3 teaspoon
Salt as per taste
Fresh cream - 100 gram
Oil - 2 to 3 tablespoon
Charcoal for aroma
