I also have a siren recommendation if your looking for a different one. The Whelen Cencom, Whelen Pathfinder, or a classical FDNY PA300 siren.

What vehicle were you driving? The hood of the vehicle looked like it a Hummer. Or maybe those were vents reflecting in the window...
You were seeing the reflection of the vents. It is a 2005 GMC Sierra.

Ok, I used to live in eastern KY about ,80 miles from Knoxville & about 50-70 from Lexington,ky

Is this a Chief POV because the only POV that are equipped with sirens are Chief vehicles
Where I live we can run red lights and siren in our POV as long as the Chief of the department approves it.

In Ohio you must have red lights AND siren to qualify as a public safety vehicle (same as fire truck or ambulance). In many volunteer departments, most members have both.
