What the fuck it's amazing
A Mercedes-AMG GT S needs 11,6 seconds to hit 200 km/h; the BMW M5 F90 Competition reaches 200 km/h in just 10,4 seconds. That puts in perspective just how insanely quick the new M5 is.

Yeah they are quick. And from my understanding these aren't even a dual clutch anymore. It's a zf 8 speed.
ZF make amazing auto gearboxes.. They basically combine the best of both worlds, the speed of a DCT and the comfort/smoothness of a torque converter automatic.. I fully understand BMW going for it.. I also have a older 6-speed ZF auto gearbox in my 2010 Z4 30i which is already pretty fast but the newer 8-9 speed ones are even much faster.. Only thing I do not like about mine is that in manual mode it still overrides you with kick-downs and up-shifts when hitting the rev-limiter.. Dunno if it does that with the newer versions and these M-models as well..
inflatable2 well our car has a zf gearbox, but it's a 9hp and obviously not meant to be quick... shame😭
This gearbox is just a bit slower than the Mercedes 9G Tronic but is still really fast for a torque converter auto its sucks that they didnt use the M DKG gearbox wich is faster

Silver looks so nice on these cars.. it shows all design lines well and creates a nice contrast with all the black M-sport parts and wheels etc.. And it's the best colour to keep your car looking clean without having to wash it all the freaking time (black is the worst for that).. :)

dhns555 its the track m5 so lower and little bit more power... so driving long distances its better to choose the m5 or the better e63s
You make a Top speed run fraturing the Stock Audi RS7.
Dyno tests have proven that both the BMW M5 F90 and the Mercedes E63S have anywhere from 660-690 peak hp so the F90 Competition version would have at least 700hp not the 625hp BMW claim...
No hating or being a fanboy of any of the 2 cars but it seems like on THIS PARTICULAR CHANNEL the videos of these 2 cars show that the E63 is just a tad bit faster. They're both amazing cars, look how far we've come but it is what it is.

Its at 200 at 10.366 in this video. And plenty of videos to prove m5 comp is quite a lot faster than the e63s. Sorry to burst bubble but this m5 is alot better than the e63 as it always is ;D.
@GT-RACING-2 no dude the m5 faster on every single track so far tested. The gt-63 however is quite a bit faster on track. Its like m4 gts times. Unreal for a car that big. Shame the styling is so weird.
To think that a car like this, which is in supercar territory, does 0-300 in 33 seconds and superbikes do it in half the time is absolutely crazy.
I watched a video of a Panigale V4. The M5 can hold up up to maybe 130kph but after that it‘s over, especially over 200kph.
That is truly insane.
