    Hi, I hope with any luck you will show me a way Professor Manteufel.
    My professor asked me to design a Combined Gas-Steam Cycle, he gave us no information and no online education about.
    He asks for;
    For the Gas Cycle Division: there must be units such as intercooling, reheating and regeneration units;
    For the steam cycle: there must be units such as intermediate heating, open or closed feed water heaters and cogeneration.
    In this regard, you will initially determine the value to produce a certain power. For example, choosing a value of 5 MW for the gas turbine and 3 MW for the steam turbine (by searching the literature) and accordingly:
    You will determine the thermodynamic values (such as enthalpy, entropy) of the whole system.
    You will identify the elements of the system. You will determine their capacity.
    You will determine the efficiency of the system for first and second laws. You will study the second law analysis.
    You should add original value. Where is preheating and where is intercooling needed etc.
    If anyone else can help too, I'll be forever in debt. Thank you for your time in advance.

    Hi, just a question about the excel, when I type in =h_pt_h2o into the function box my excel doesn't understand the command and says "invalid name error". Is there an excel add-on I need to get enthalpy and entropy or something because I don't know what to do!
    Please help :)
