    Thanks for this nice video! I can do it counterclockwise but not the other way around.
    To step out is a challenge at first but going smoother every day!

    1:52 Is the back foot (the one on the circle) pivoting whilst doing the scissor cross lunge?

      If you’re scared of speed, really focus on getting comfortable with the “step out “
