- Taiko No Tatsujin: Rhythmic Adventure Pack for Nintendo Switch is an interesting rhythm based twist on classic JRPG games. It's also a way longer name than any game should have.

What if the story took itself super seriously, the drum has to avenge his drum parents from a villain trying to destroy all rhythm in the universe while the drum smile the whole time
I’ve never been more excited for a 10 minute video before (especially as a big rhythm game fan)

They Actually Patched the Game So You Can Use Drum Controls in the story mode. Still no touch screen Controls though

Can confirm: Have drum, am disappointed. What really sucks is that Bamco did NOT communicate it well. There was like one news item on their site saying the drum wasn't supported in story mode, and it wasn't repeated elsewhere. So the lack of support blindsided a lot of people.
And not even supporting the touchscreen? I don't get it. Why force people to only use buttons when buttons are so mushy?
Yeah, I feel like they just didn’t want to adjust the battle UI to accommodate touchscreen controls. Drum controls wouldn’t have been that hard to implement though.
@@GoodAtGames The annoying thing is that it's potentially a solvable problem with a little button remapping, except there's no such option in the game, and the Switch remapper tool refuses to work with the drum. Grrr.
