I think it’s a good practice to keep all your doors and windows locked 24/7 and not to answer your door for anyone past sundown, unless you’re expecting company and they called first.
@@Nickyboi612 yeah, I’ve noticed robberies usually happen two ways; one being a person randomly getting in through an unlocked window, the other usually is someone will knock on your door late at night and ask to use the phone/come inside for some reason and then they usually use weapons and tie you up.
as a delivery driver i hate it when the customer comes out to get their package. just because im wearing a uniform doesn't mean anything. please wait until you see us drive off then get your package. trust me i love talking to the customers but im well aware of the world we live in.
I don't trust an area or a person enough to leave my door or windows unlocked.. like I just don't understand it. Do you not see what people do to others on the news/internet on a daily basis..? & Don't ever think it can't be you, life is wild like that. Always be on guard and don't be naive 💯🤞🏽
When I visited my aunt in a suburb of California everyone kept their doors unlocked. I almost swung on my cousin’s friend when he just walked right in the house 😂
I've always wondered why screen walls aren't more common in the USA.😭 in my country its best to invest in one😂 there's no way someone is just walking to my door.
@@whatdidyoutoldme9395 I don't know what you call it, but the walls are made from concrete blocks and it's about 1.5m tall. There are electric wires on top of the walls. Some people add barbed wire. We call them screen walls or stop nonsense walls. No one is coming into my yard. Add an alarm system and 24 hours security watch by a security system and you're incredibly safe. It's pretty normal to have such security here in the city.
