Not everyone that's homeless is on drugs. Homelessness is sky high now, which has a lot to do with the economy and rising cost of daily living, especially housing.

Absolute disgrace! I work extreamly hard 40 plus hours per week to make sure my bills are paid. My family eats well and are looked after. These people will be living in better conditions than me for failing in life in most cases they are just plain lazy. Where is the life balance here? What message does this send out to ordinary hard working people?
