I'm not a fan of technical thrash - it needs to have a raw punk edge or else it bores me. These guys also sound more authentically old school.
Went through all 200, 2021 Thrash releases playlist and these guys are definitely the best of the bunch. I like my Thrash basic and straight to the point. None of that blackdeathpunkhardcore crap mixed in.
Let's not forget Critical Defiance but yes I agree Ravager is 100% one of the best if not thee best new school thrash bands. Every album is pretty much flawless! In my opinion. Space Chaser is fucking sick too! Cheers to Metal! But, I raise my 🍺 glass to Thrash! Here's to forever being stuck in the "Thrash Zone" Hellfire 🤘🖕
This new Ravager album is literally in my top 5 favorite New school Thrash Metal albums and I have rated, and listened to most of them along with tons of old school Death Metal as well. Every aspect/second of this album has blown me into another realm. I couldn't love it anymore :) :) 10/10+++++ 100/100+++++ A+++++ Masterpiece.

Absolute killer album, as an old thrash fan that struggles to find much new thrash that really tickles that spot, this is an absolute wonderful find... and id like to take a moment to dwell on that epic awesomeness of the closing track destroyer.. wow... had to play on repeat a few times to really soak it up
