I feel every school should have a mandatory curriculum where every kid in school should write 10 things for what they are grateful for every day. This will not only be a one step towards elimination of depression but also a one step towards better society. We live in a world where people focus more on negative than positive, we need to shift the focus and bring in the need for belongingness and ultimately joy.
