Okay...I just want to say I'm really proud of how they handled Hongjoong crying. They didn't zoom-in on it and use it as bait. They gently passed over it, focusing on Wooyoung's voice instead. They could've easily exploited Hongjoong's crying for ratings, but they gave him respect and moved on once his letter was finished. Props.
When you stan Ateez you don't only stan Ateez, you stan their moms as well (also the KQ staff) --- But seriously though the Ateez members reading the letters their moms gave them made me want to cry, it was so touching TTTTTTTT
It’s really cute how they figured out their moms prepared the side dishes. Like no hints, they started out saying how the abalone garlic side dish reminded them of San’s mom. And then Jongho and Yunho figuring out which dishes their moms prepared. Like these boys are so adorable.
If Hongjoong had a superpower, it would definitely be empathy. That man has more empathy in his little painted pinkie than most of us have in our whole bodies. He feels so strongly for each and every one of his members as they read their letters, and tears up when he hears the words they get from their parents because he knows how they feel inside, missing their family like that .

Entertaining & funny yet heartwarming & emotional.
I think the sweetest thing about Hongjoong breaking down is you can see how the rest of the members look worried and concerned, like they really want to wrap him in a hug and comfort him, but they can't because they're on camera. Their bond is so strong and they're so close. I love them all.

Yunho's mother's letter had such a huge impact on me. The fact that she felt so sentimental about realizing the last time she had hand written a letter like that was to the love of her life, and so, using the same paper and everything, she chooses to do so again for the other love of her life when they're far away. 😭 I was already moved by that and then Hongjoong's mother had to bust out the song lyrics that he had written himself years ago in hopes to comfort Atiny, because she actually listens to his songs and wanted to give the same comfort to him in return. I'm so glad they were able to enjoy homemade food from their mothers to hopefully not feel so distant from home anymore. I hope they call their sweet-hearted moms often, because this was just so incredibly wholesome that it hurts

Yunho's mother's letter had such a huge impact on me. The fact that she felt so sentimental about realizing the last time she had hand written a letter like that was to the love of her life, and so, using the same paper and everything, she chooses to do so again for the other love of her life when they're far away. 😭
I was already moved by that and then Hongjoong's mother had to bust out the song lyrics that he had written himself years ago in hopes to comfort Atiny, because she actually listens to his songs and wanted to give the same comfort to him in return.
I'm so glad they were able to enjoy homemade food from their mothers to hopefully not feel so distant from home anymore. I hope they call their sweet-hearted moms often, because this was just so incredibly wholesome that it hurts

Ugly crying right now. Hongjoong is a softie like I want to hug him. Im a multi stan but I always have a soft spot on Ateez. These boys are amazing and I hope that they will conquer the world and deserve everything. These days most of the people around me stan groups only for their visuals or how popular they are (not to judge them tho) but Ateez caught my eyes, ears and heart. Each of them are so pleasing on the eye. Their songs are freaking AMAZING! (Fyi, All their songs) and most importantly how dedicated they are on their craft and thats what makes me stan them more. I wish them luck and happiness everyday and in the future!
