Nice video. Electronics is a good subject. Grade crossing flashers, traffic lights, signals, etc. I'm from the US, "soddering"☺

Hi Jim, thanks for the comments, and yes I do know lots of ways to wire up things for those but as I did say in my video I will not be doing scenery, but I can add a few of those ideas to the list of things that I will be showing how they work.

Hey Tim, I like the old DC electronics tricks if you know any good ones. Isolating sidings, signals, point motors etc. Also is there a way to use a diode and a rail cut to stop a loco at the end of a road but allow it to still drive out when reversing and the polarity is switched? I’d like to stop any accidental crashes as younger folk will be using the layout!!
    Maybe (Elec)Tronics Tuesday??!
Enjoy your break and feel better mate
    David.

    Hi Tim.
Your channel so content is what you're happy sharing.
I'm interested in Rail crossing flashing lights at present if that helps.
    Hope you're OK.
    Happy Modelling

Hope you get better! Would love to see (in the future) of the dcc system you're going to use and what the new layout is gonna look like!

Well that DCC setup will be many many years from now if at all....so we never know what it might look like. But thanks for the comment Joe.
