18:08 I believe this one is centered around two things: (1) the “story” of this ad is following the generic plot line of probably 85% of the romantic Christmas movies featured on the Hallmark Channel, which is a meme in itself… and (2) I think IH implied this video was supposed to release around Christmas time, which explains the theme and also why he added the lady’s comment about it being the end of March (since he didn’t want to remake the ad despite the release delay).

100%, the ad was more or less a summary of most Hallmark Christmas / holiday features. Sometimes they're really funny with how samey and predictable they can be.
