The Zarc "tech" has been around in the Dinomorphia "community" - so nothing brand brand new - but still fresh for most... well not like everyone knows what Dinomorphia players are doing atm

It's not in MD yet and is unfortunately an INFO card so it's probably not coming anytime soon. If you want a second Soldier Dragon target then a second Laundry is probably good enough, although if you want some funny options then Ringowurm is solid but requires some synchros in the extra deck to get real value out of, and Triggering Wurm (yes that is the full name) is also pretty good provided you specifically run a Dark Link monster that points down, so sadly S:P doesn't work with it but I:P does
