Oli relapsed in 2020 when covid hit so he has a lot going on in the head. His wife found his ketamine and Oli has a lot of guilt building up. I personally suggest you to react to EVERY song on NexGen. All of it is good or at least worth a listen. If you think this song is worrying, listen to the last song Dig It 😭That one is sort of an apology to his wife in my opinion. Bit more positive songs are "YOUtopia" and "Top 10 statues that cried blood". And yesss, as someone else already stated, Oli said that Post Human 1 was all about depression and rage, this album is supposed to be about acknowledging your problems and seeking help.
@@Owenator26it is but it's not. A lot is also down to the lore story behind these albums too. It's a whole story unfolding,Oli is fine. He's in the best place mentally than he has been in a long time. He's always going to have those dark thoughts with ADHD and depression, But he has a great mind and his music helps him alot to express himself. Look into the lore of Eve and other characters. It's very cool and interesting.
I think a lot of it sounds sad, but the goal is to normalize reaching out for help, letting others know they’re not alone if they have crazy thoughts. I think people who bottle it and don’t talk about it are more susceptible to a tragic outcome. I think the comfort to talk about these things implies more that he’s out of the woods. I think all BMTH talent aside, I’m willing to bet nobody else in the music space does what this group does to advocate for mental health in a multitude of topics. BMTH is one of the most exceptional bands that ever existed and I’ll die on that hill
Hi, I'm from Mexico City. I really like your TH-cam channel. I love your reactions to music videos... because most of them are my favorite band, especially Bring Me the Horizon. Greetings from Mexico.❤❤
There's also positives about the lyrics too. When you have depression and dark thoughts, they don't just go away and never come bk. But oli's trying to say that there's a way of dealing with it, and he's almost there. There's also a huge lore story behind all these post Human albums. And some of that is mixed in here. It is about oli's mind and feelings, but he's also a character in this bk story, with eve and other characters, like in a game story format. Like the 1st album was about a virus, this 1 is about surviving after the virus. And not COVID, it's all like a zombie kinda virus, it just so happened we were hit with COVID and a lot of it seemed to link with it. Too long to explain everything here. But somebody did a whole break down of it all, I could give you the link. It is 4hrs long, because it's been done whilst reacting to both albums. Some fun in the mix too. But very interesting. If that's your thing.

Oofta, once you listen to Dig It, you're going to ask if he really is okay.
The worries continues 😳 - Jacob
Agreed Dig It is for sure the saddest song on the album

That’s a very good and valid point. I do appreciate that they advocate for it more so than others. Thanks for the feedback! - Audrey

90s alternative rock/Oasis vibes in the beginning.

Love this track but im really concerned about Oli after what happened to Chester
Im so with you
I listen to this cause I’m depressed
Love to have a react to top 10 statues that cried blood
Youtopia too please!
React to other songs from that album especially dig it , limousine and youtopia
Limousine deffo the bestish on the album
Outside of LosT and Kool-aid, I personally can't vibe with this album. Just not my cup of tea.
Clearly they aren't your type of band, if you can only tolerate the two singles they put out lmao.
