A couple differences I've noticed in the USA and PAL versions
The "Hit 3!" text just says "3!" in the PAL version.
Also, the "Grr!" text is replaced with "Huh!"

In English it says Hit 3 to sync to the rhythmic pronunciation. (Mitsu > Hit three)
