Hi I'm a new subscriber. Its lovely to find a UK channel. I'm hoping to start next week. Leek and potato soup is a great hearty soup. Well done with your loss. Have you found you loose the 'food noise' switches off?
Hi, welcome, I have just subscribed to you with my other channel 'Julies Garden Diaries'. Yes it definitely helps with the food noise so much so I forget to eat during the day when I'm on my own lol. Yes I love a leek and potato soup especially when the leeks are from my veg patch. Good luck with your journey.
Try taking a Magnesium supplement it helps with your toilet problems and also sleep. The taste in your mouth is most probably due to not drinking enough I find it hard to do that as well. The best thing to take for brain fog tiredness is electrolytes you can get them in tablet form some very nice flavours out there, because your eating a different way you are loosing salt we need salt not so much in our food which is in all processed food or what we sprinkle on it but these types are given out to you if you have sickness and diarrhoea. I take on everyday gets me to drink water yuk! Good luck your doing really well better than me but you know what they say slow and steady wins the race 🙏🏻 It’s half a pound off look at half a pound of butter that’s the amount that’s melted away.
Thanks, I do take Electrolyte tablets, massive things lol, but I know I need to drink more water. Its work in progress but I'm happy with my weight loss so far. Good luck with your journey.
I think you have residual inflammation from those 3 jabs, your body builds an immune response and part of that can be inflammation. I think you will have a bigger loss next week once you have returned to normal. I know what you mean about menopause and not being yourself, I feel much more alive these days and definitely the big part is due to Mounjaro. Keep at it Jules and you are right, 3lbs average per week is great, especially if it was from WW or Slimming World etc right? Slow and steady wins the race.
Seems that you eat a lot of processed food, don’t you eat much veg .It’s not a miracle drug it’s just a crutch to help you on your journey You need to drink more fluid and change your lifestyle to see a difference.Hope this advice is ok but we need to support each other and get healthy not just loose a few pounds
I am loving your updates, you are very concise and easy to listen to. I am on day 4, and have been great so far, little bloated but nothing major really…I love your daily food logs as it’s given me some ideas, I’m struggling to think of what to eat, but am definitely getting some of those yogurts for sure. Look forward to Friday weigh in, but I have an awful lot to lose, excited to live a healthier life….thanks again x

You might want to consider reducing sugar and processed foods and increasing protein. Thank you for the updates 😊
Thanks for the tip!
