Sir why the rate of resignation of new joinees has increased in NTPC after 2019 or 2020? Work pressure zyada hai ya leaves hote hue bhi leaves avail nhi karne diya jata.? What's your opinion on this? And what's the scenario of taking leaves in NTPC? Easily mil jata hai ya problem hota hai?
