learning guitar from YouTube videos, practice,journey ,senior student

I started learning guitar by watching youtube video's ie "Justin Guitar" and " Marty Music".
This is my real practice, learning some new chords along with the basics.
This is NOT t a " see all the chords I know kind of song/ practice".
This is a "get my fingers going to these new chords in my own way" video
I've NOT been good at recording my journey as they suggested, but I have a few videos..
Here, I'm working on a new song and CHORDS.
I'm so slow. I don't think anyone can name the song.
Getting my old fingers to go where the need to go is challenging.
BTW, I have poison ivy on both wrists. ( if you notice that.)
I was gifted an old acoustic student guitar, so I had no money invested. I didn't know if i would stick with it.
My fingertips were so sore for about 3 months. My finger tips felt like they were burnt and I had to push these metal strings into them. I plugged away, doing 15 to 30 min a day.
calluses were formed, and it was much better.
I'm learning to play for myself and have no plans to play in public.
