This is an absolutely terrific item: GEN and her Camerwork note the HOLE, the PAR, CLUBS used , and COMMENTARY! Consistency throughout!! Any golfer, including a beginner would welcome this!
Thanks for your narrative. Its interesting to know of your thoughts and analysis of the planned shot. Great to have insight into the mental aspect of the game.
Gen: Your mantra of "only worry about what you can control" = could be your new trademark e.g. "Be Zen... follow Gen!" (circa timestamp ~11m45s). It's a sign of your golf game maturing (i recall the frustrations you confessed after an LET(?) game with a slow player...). Travel well, wish you many birdies 🐣🐥and hopefully much success in 2023 🌈 .. Am amused that another viewer thought this was a "Daddy/Daughter" vlog ... @Tze Huang Choo is more "Oppa" than "Papa", correct? :)
Hey Gen, thanks for another great video. The way you explain your thought process before each shot has helped me a lot. I just started golfing last year and my goal for this year is to break 90. I can’t wait for the winter to pass so that I can start golfing again.
Love the video, especially the last 10 seconds, showing the fauna. Just got back from playing 5 rounds in Malaysia (Ipoh, Penang, JB) and 5 rounds in SG. Loved the jungle like environment in the Malaysian courses but the cow grass was tough!
Oh awesome, which courses did you play? Haha yeap, it’s hard to explain why it’s difficult, you’ve just got to experience it then you’ll know, am I right 😂😂
Make sure to come to Scotland before the Ladies Open in August as you’ll need to learn how to play Links golf and how the ball reacts to the firm bounces. Also you’ll need to learn how to hit out of bunkers that are so deep you wont be able to see over the lip
Best of luck, Gen. Your swing looks great, and I love your approach to the game. Thoroughly enjoy hearing your thoughts and insights to the mental part of the game. Wishing you good health and great success for the upcoming season.
Hello Gen and happy New Year. Looking great and ready for a fantastic year. Looking to have my first round of 2023 Monday. Looking forward to a couple of pars.😂
Your videos keep getting better and better! It would be nice to see your swing from different angles, I noticed most of your shots are filmed from behind.
I know Gen is a pro and pro plays golf well (duh) but I can't help but being amazed by how straight she strikes her driver, irons, and how sharp her short game is. Gen, a friendly advice to cut down the usage of "like I said" in your voiceover :) love your videos, hope 2023 is a good year for you.
@@GenevieveLingGolf Used to it? I guess so but it's like trying to hit the ball out of a pile of cabbage! It taught me to hit fairway even if you're shorter off the tee. I'm going to Chiang Mai in November for 3 weeks. Might be a bit cooler in the mountains.
I also changed to a 54 and 50 to ensure the gapping between my wedges :) my 60 is almost setup exactly like my previous 58 though so it almost feels like my old 58 to me! 😄
Jen your biggest shortfall is you're not long enough off the tee most of the girls on the LPGA are 250 plus and the long ones are even longer 275 to 280. However that being said you are a very attractive. Good luck 🤞

I was golfing today in British Columbia Canada. It’s wet but the greens are soft.
You can only control yourself - in golf and in life! Thanks, Gen - you've helped me enjoy my game so much more. Can't wait to see you on tour in 23!!
Aw I’m glad! Thanks Scott! 😊
I love your videos - so smooth, such a love for the game. Great smile and attitude. Good luck on the tour!!

Words I’m trying to reduce using:
1) like I said
2) obviously
🥲 haha
Great vlog. I really enjoy watching your course management and you explaining your thinking. ⛳🏌
Thanks Rick! Hope they help 😄
Oh boy.....first vid of 2023. Yay!!!!
Haha might’ve been a vid taken at the end of 22 that I didn’t have time to post before 23 but… hehe

Hello Gen. What is your putter brand?
good video!
Thanks Jay! 😄
Is that a new putter?
what putter is that? (another new one) enjoy your videos
This was the one I was using before the one I am currently using! So I’m using my odyssey from the previous video (this is an older vid😅)
I love a course with elevation changes like that but that monkey grass rough would have me losing my mind! Happy New Year Gen.

Haha yes I have! At this point, who hasn't! Can't wait for season 2 👀
Please one time come in amverton cove
Nice outfit.
Thanks!! 😄
Why did you change to a 60 deg? You hit your 58 so well.
Do you plan to change your other wedges?

random question gen. that hole 3 shot 4 putting tak masuk tu frust tak? scale 1-10
Hai gen. Review on KGPA please. But this time please bring your Pro-card please.
Wearing black in Malaysia. What’s the thinking?
Haha used to it 💁🏻♀️
You can improve your wedge game significantly by setting your mind that you can hole it with that shot & a tap in putt is not a good stroke.
Nice video
Although it sounds a little bit like the stewardesses on the airplane explaining things 😁
Had driver on a string for this 9!

You're pulling putts bad, striking AT the ball, instead of through it. You need better coach.
You need to zip it, pinhead.
