- This was my first DMZ raid ever on EU Servers and I wanted to see how much different the game actually is. I've heard everything from toxicity to premade 6 man teams are plaguing the EU Servers, but I had to see for myself as I searched for a Damascus Dog Tag and Bounties...

im from the UK and i play in the EU servers all the time. i can tell u now that the EU servers are definately far more hectic however i dont think that the match you played here did enough justice to show you how toxic and bad it can really get. if you go into ashika island on an EU server, ud likely come across 6 man groups, petty and toxic players, people who shout down the mic, and those who say harmful things to people. on ashika island at least, im always running into wannabe tryhards who think they re good at the game but pull petty things within the match just to win. if u want to see the full force of the EU servers, id go into multiple matches of ashika island and see what you have to deal with there, on EU servers.

I’ve only ever had one engagement like this as a solo in the DMZ. All of the others were game on as soon as noticed me. I appreciate this as well ❤️

Idk how a DMZ tournament would work, kills? It’s DMZ not warzone there’s no point, and looting is all RNG based so there’s not really much skill there other than being efficient at looting. Putting these into a warzone lobby could be interesting though

Yes! I just had a three man chase me in a turret LTV for 20 minutes! They hit a hunt squad and I was already in a heli but they just would not give up! I guess laughing and taunting them didn’t help but still, 20 MINUTES! Everywhere I touched down after the hunt they were there in seconds, they never got me but that’s the mentality of EU players trying to kill a solo. 🤣 So many limp noodles on our server!
Yea I was just on ashika and a platoon were the only people left on the map and me solo. They see me pop an exfil and then they all start hunting me so I started swimming thinking they will see I'm solo running away and leave, but nope they hunted me as 6 people constantly, used 3 AUAV and 1 UAV I got so bored of running I just left the game lol, I bet they are still searching for me xd
@@ramyyoussef2760That exact scenario on Ashika is what made me stop doing missions entirely in season 1, I spent two weeks searching for a key, went onto Ashika to do the mission but there was no stealth or rebreather/scuba back then so I had no chance. I waited in the water for 20 minutes before I even made my move and still got done by a 6 man, Ashika is just too small to move around without stealth. I don’t even like playing that map NOW after that! 😂
@@InimitaPaul agreed Im not a fan of ashika either, when I see I have a mission there I cry xd
But the tools added to the game now help so much especially for solos, I think the Devs have generally been doing good work when it comes to balancing and adding new features and im hopeful for the future of this game
@@ramyyoussef2760 had that as well. The rest of my team left after getting downed by a 6 man.
I spent the entire round trying to get out, went around the map about 5 times, fired the exfil about 5 times and every time they were back on me before it arrived.
Totally sucks how slow the exfil is, especially as a solo.
Even worse when you still have teammates doing their own thing and you have the 35 second count till it leaves. Should be able to cancel the wait and reduce it to 5 seconds.
@@PKB239 agreed!! Solo players that might end up in a squad through assimilation would definitely need the exfill thing, maybe when u are next to pilots u can interact to change it to 5s

EU servers are mad! As an Englishman it's what I'm on predominantly and alot of the time it's shear chaos! You yanks are alot more chill and in a lot of ways more pleasant to play with! Keep up the good games man!

Epic video bud but im sure the first round on EU didn't go this smoothly LoL. I was so tempted to try jumping into your game to play with you guys as im in the uk but i suck as stuck playing on xbox and wouldn't stand a chance LoL. PC finally let me down with gaming 6C/12T Xeon cpu but no AVX support so no DMZ on pc for me 😭
I'm such a nerd I wrote down various phrases from languages I hear on EU servers to try and plead for a rez with the help of Google Translate. xD

if i grab a SINGLE item i really need, early, like GPU, or a Cigar box, or Peroxide, etc.. i make a bee-line for exfil.

Thank you for this. I'm not very good player myself, like to do missions and quests. I PvP if I have to. I just didn't know that EU servers are harder. You didn't find any, but we also have shouting russians and trash talking scottish and irish players. TH-camrs from US make DMZ videos about kindness and friendships. It's 1/100 games that anything like that happens. Thanks for good content.

Great video, but I'm confused! Everyone says that it's really hard to complete any missions in the EU server and PVP is intense, and yet you join an EU server to engage in the PVP, hunting players, and not complete any missions? Shouldn't it be the other way around?

Remind me playing on South East Asian is like playing Hell mode. You often find 6 men discord premade team and out right hunting everyone. The odd is there a chance you met the same premade team again.
Man i would love to see you play on Aussie servers, your plays are like 1000IQ.
Was going to mention this, Aussie servers are a different breed. People play very differently down here, from the outside it makes U.S servers look easy.

Ashika- PvP everywhere. This map is like a hunting ground. Vondel - maybe you will survive if you hide in a building or run into the water. Let's not forget about the AI who are there like the Terminator and sometimes appear out of nowhere. Al Mazrah - the biggest map and the best chance of survival. Of course, outside the city itself, where snipers are on every taller building. If someone is not good at PvP, they are having a hard time in the DMZ lately. I used to often play alone, but recently only in a team because there is a greater chance of survival.

I’m on eu servers and yesterday 3 mins into dmz in al mazrah 5 players ruined me I had no chance! Pre-made methinks! It gets worse with the toxicity sometimes you just struggle to do missions full stop. Just do a contract and get the hell outta there!
People said the premades problem had been fixed, first game on I got wiped by a 6 man with chinese names within 3 minutes of the game starting. I didn't do myself any favours going in with $149,000 to be fair but they need to do more than just removing the lobby code from the pregame lobby to really stamp out this issue
Fun fact: Westie and Stod usually are the types of guys to avoid in DMZ, they 99/100 times shoot on sight, feel to good to res others even if you don't intent on killing. Yet people still pretend that DMZ is supposed to be friendly at some times.

Phantastic guys. DMZ is the good shit. EU servers have high skill playerbase. Beware of the French and Chinese (knuts). Dutch and Norwegian plyers are most fun. English are okay, Scots are fighty lol.

There are loads of Chinese 6 man teams on EU servers.
And some of them got served:)
Nice video Phixate! Perhaps try the Asia servers.. There are a lot of rather questionable players over here.. and of course a lot of premade Chinese platoons.

Funny thing was on my screen i wasn't Run over i was shot by Phixate twice and downed but ProWestie lagged out twice trying to do a "hit n run" me :)

Try playing at peak evening time for Europe instead of during the day when all the kids are at school and most adults are at work. It's an entirely different set of players.
As somebody formed in the pits of hell in EU servers I don't feel like it'd be fair to go to NA servers 😅. They're rough man!

The toxicity and pre made 6 man teams on the eu ervers made me stop playing dmz even though it was my favorite

EU dmz made me a hardcore solo player. Still wishing to play on US servers for the chilled community
In EU servers is very common whit premade groups and most of time is Chinese or Russians!

I’ve noticed east coast servers are harder and way more toxic than central servers in the us. I always make my Texas buddy the leader and we enjoy our experience a lot more
I play solo and get jumped by squads near the start all the time, ruins it

Speaking as some one who has played DMZ in EU servers since day one and I live stream and make clips in that hell and get bullied for livestreaming ..... yes it's fucking hell and people try harder once they realise your streaming lol 😆

I find the EU servers very friendly and more nice to play there to be honest, usually I play on the Asian one.... you get raided and hunted down, even if they know you got nothing....

Only 5 you can have and change....but why do you have 6 modifikations?
Its only 5 attachments. Apparently the laser is something that gets added because of Koschei Complex, but has no effect in the daytime as you can see. Depending on the scope you use will make it canted in the darkness with Night Vision on. This is a guess, but I'm pretty sure thats whats happening
....one here who plays on eu servers daily..... this is everyday food😏
I'm european and i'll say only this: i quit playing DMZ because of this. It's impossible to do missions without being massacred by six men teams or MRAPs

here we go, we have to deal with the EU servers every day... it just makes u better
I've played both Asia server and EU servers (since I lived abroad), imo asia/ seas servers are basically unplayable, constant premade six man with hacks running around wiping the whole lobby pretty much every game, which explains why some asian players actually vpns to EU server to play the game, but again, pre-made six man needs to be gone regardless of regions, they are a plague to DMZ.
One time, we actually spawned at the same location as another team, we were all on the boat and couldn't understand why we had full enemy comms during load in.
Of course, when in Rome.
Was a fun game.
I can't help but feel that 6 man's should have a disadvantage, something like it takes twice as long to res a fully downed player, or requires them to do something extra to do so.
Still, I also love that I can join up with other like minded players in a lobby, would even like to see larger platoons tbh.
Would be even better if you could also align your platoon with other factions based on mission reputation, so some areas on map are your friends, while others are neutral or hostile.
6 man squads are fucked. Makes me not want to play. As a solo is so brutal

From my experience, there's less communication on EU servers, US servers there's a lot of communicating.
EU lobbies has a lot more languages then US lobbies. And not everyone on EU speaks english.
So your experience doesn't really surprise me.
Even while my english ain't the best, my friends let me often act as interpreter for them if any english speaking guys join us 😅
Guess thats the biggest advantage that any lobbies could have, if players can talk freely with everyone that meet ingame.

The time of day you're playing I would say you're not getting the full EU experience. The evenings are when they're at the worst. Same in most regions I'd guess.

The problem is all the warzone rejects that cant get any kills there go to dmz to stroke their own egos but dont get me started on the french on EU dmz servers i can count on my hand how many cool french ive met playing dmz or in general over the past 16 years on xbox
Since they removed the numbers that helped premade, there is so much less premade in EU. Finally.

Bottom left you have a number when you are ingame, its your game ID.
There was the same number while you were in the lobby after matchmaking.
People would just go vocal & tell the number if they found a game, if it didn't match, they would restart the matchmaking until it does.@@OffDatRuntz
(Its got removed in the last update very recently, a few days ago i believe.) We are seeing way less chinese platoons premade since the update & less premade overall.
I'm still seeing some premade since you can still tell by the time counting when your game start or if your game launching when your friend still searching for a lobby. But people are lazy i guess.
