Changing the Air Conditioner in the Computer Room 7/2024

Changing the air conditioner in the computer room from the Haier Serenity Series 6,200 BTU air conditioner to the Sharp AF-S120FX-A Comfort Touch 12,000 BTU air conditioner. Despite being as new as 2006, this is an excellent machine. It is extremely small form factor for the capacity and is the only 1 ton machine I have that will fit into the windows without having to remove the upper sash. Unlike many newer machines, this one feels like a 1 ton in terms of cooling power, it puts out a lot of air with a very cold split.
Typically a 5K or 6K unit is adequate for this area, but since the temperature has been into 90 degrees or more almost every day and seldom falling much below 80 at night, also with obscenely high humidity levels, a little more cooling power is needed at this end of the house until this weather passes.
I really need to get a through-the-wall setup in this room; this window is too wide to accept any unit I have natively, making the install difficult and aesthetically unappealing.
