starting addresses must be 1FFE but by mistake you have written 1FFFE( 3 times F).
8085 have 16 bit address. why 1fff5?
why the adress jumped from 2007H to 2100H after executing HLT..HLT is one byte instruction.
At 2004, there is a jump instruction given to go directly to the location 2100H, so it will directly jump to the location 2100H without executing HLT command.
because of zero flag is activated, therefore jump to 2100H location
