I love watching the baby lambs but it breaks my heart knowing that in a few weeks the lambs will be taken from their mothers and hearing the sheep cry is absolutely awful 😢

I have been using turmeric paste aka Golden Paste to help alleviate knee pain. I also greatly reduced my consumption of refined sugar, which I seem to recall you have also done. I think the recipe I use is from Turmeric Life. I hope this helps. Great vlog and love the river dip

There are plenty of anti-inflammatory foods like pineapples. But cannabis, or even CBD would help. Because you are constantly walking and aren't using cannabis anymore, it might be the reason why it's having trouble healing. I also believe that your mind must be at ease for your body to heal naturally. But I'm not a doctor. I just treat all my illnesses without pharmaceuticals.

After reading your comment may i ask if you would agree to the use of pharmaceuticals say if your medical needs where much greater ie: amputation or cancer. Just curious and would appreciate your feedback. I'm currently studying psychology so forgive me.

@Holy freakin' 'Dragon' let's start with we have different beliefs on modern medicine. To answer your question, I had Covid19 with an autoimmune disease. I used the treatments(Ivermectin with others) for my Covid19 and was better in 3 days. I didn't want to use them, but I wasn't getting better 3 days prior. To some it up,if you feel the risk of using pharmaceuticals, which I believe is only temporary is a personal choice. They treat symptoms, not the actual cause of the illness. As for cancer,I would never use the toxic pharmaceuticals used. My mother and grandmother both died from cancer and didn't take any treatment for it. There's other natural treatments for cancer that I've learned about since then that I would pursue.

@Inga Inga look it up. Pineapple 🍍 has anti-inflammatory properties. It was 1 food I suggested, not the only 1. If you have acid problems, look at your diet.

And yea. It feels so nice outdoors now when heat of the sun touches our skin and with all the trees getting their spring/summer clothing finally :D
You mentioned that you are going to Ozora this year. I was wandering if you are going to organise some kind of meeting on the Ozora ground like you did in the 2019, I think. Hope to see you and meet you in person at Ozora this year :)
    Have a great day :)

The sheep feed you saw is a natural food source as is actually a type of turnip i recall from agricultural college, its high in nutrition and fiber for sheep and cattle grazing. Please, if you wanna photograph the lambs take a long lense and dont approach or touch them whilst with lamb, it can have a detrimental effect on a flock. My a suggest some K tape for strapping your knee up on long walks, anti oxidant food will help reduce inflammation but not cure it as inflammation can occur internally and externally in different forms. Nice to see the Wim Hoff method of river bathing in practice, just be careful of what's in the water from paracites to those small style leeches as they could be a small from of freshwater lampray. (You dont want a leech or a lampray up your boxershorts - ill leave that research to you) thabks for another video dude, hope you managed to find some collectors for your consoles in yesterday vlog. Stay safe dude, peace x

The last time I climbed a tree I got overly confident/careless and the branch broke on me.. i nearly fell into a dreary fate but managed to grab ahold of another branch while falling.

Ok had to laugh..... For context, my elderly mother has dementia and was not watching your video but was listening as I and my friend watched..... At the clip where you were in the stream with your hands under the water my friend pipes up (jokingly) "oh no dude!!!! Out your hands above the water! Above the water! I know it's cold but above the water!!!" My mother in the kitchen begins giggling like a teen trying to avoid getting into trouble lmao
