    Really liked your comments. Have you checked hard saddle bags from rynox. If any chance you have used them.

      Thank you 😊…I haven’t used them yet but I m pretty sure they are more durable than these coz had a very bad experience with these on my Ladakh trip recently ..vlog coming soon

    Brother does it fit properly on the bike while riding or Does it loosen up ?
    Do we need any extra bungee cords

      It does loosen up ..so u need to keep tightening it after some time

    Avishek, I have already installed saddle stay from Zana for my Himalayan. What good saddle bags other than rynox do you recommend. I would like the saddle bags to stay on the bike and should not slide while riding.

    • @AvishekLama
      @AvishekLama  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I think all these saddle bags with strap mount slides so can’t do much about it how ever if you want to go with water proof bags thn you can have a look at dirtsack’s saddle bags.. they have a wide range of bags ..Before buying Rynox’s bags I had kept dirtsack frogman saddle bag as an option

    I find few of your points as invalid like the durability and security...i feel its a wrong way of comparing this bag with those scenarios as any soft luggage bag irrespective of any brand will definitely get damage when the bike met with an accident or if any sharp object hits the bike i feel longevity and wear and tear of bag can show how durable it is though it should withstand the normal scraches nothing more than that....also regarding security yes thats the con with every saddle bag and in case it you want to have peace of mind then you need to go with panniers...the reason why people chose saddle bags over panniers is due yo its flexibility, low price, variety of options, light weight and ease of adding additional luggage with the help of straps and bungee cord which i feel is missing with panniers. Both has its pros and cons and ultimately it's up to the user what his requirements are.

    • @AvishekLama
      @AvishekLama  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Your points are true if I had compared it with other soft panniers ..all my points are valid if you compare this bag with hard panniers.. here in this video I m trying to make people understand the difference of having hard against soft case..also I have mentioned the reason why security can be an issue in my case ..if you watch the complete video you won’t get me wrong

    • @AvishekLama
      @AvishekLama  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Your second point ...will definitely use it wen I make a video on hard panniers 😊

    I bought a Rynox saddlebag, but without saddle stay it's touching silencer, which will burn, so which saddle stay do you use. and how do you prevent it from touching silncer?

    • @AvishekLama
      @AvishekLama  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I had Zana’s saddle stay installed on my gt and now on Himalayan it’s the Re’s stay so depending on your motorcycle you have to decide.. but yes installing a saddle stay will definitely keep the saddle bags away from the silencer

    So Rynox's Dry bag(15l)+Trail bag(42l)+Saddle bag(64l)=121 liters is not enough for you, I can relate to it. Nice video.

    Does hard paniers (which cost 23k) covers all the cons in saddle bags? 🧐 Waiting for saddle bags vs paniers video.

    Bro pls make a video on expedition vs drystack . I am confused which one should I take for an all india ride

    • @AvishekLama
      @AvishekLama  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Go for Dry stack ..that semi rigidness will add on an extra safety more over right now during my trip the tail bag is coming off apart ..the bag is getting worn from the strap joint so I would refer you to go with dry stack… will make a separate video on it once I reach home 👍
