Why not? They don't need to invest in it. Just get rid of those ridiculous visa restrictions and the tourists will come. Algeria is more interesting than Tunisia and Morocco

2:18 *sigh That is NOT their traditional clothes. And there is no rule even in the Quran that women are supposed to wear that. Only ultra Conservative Algerian women wear that. Please Google traditional Algerian dress and you will see TRUE traditional clothing. Ornate and colorful.
review your informations ! that's indeed a traditional outfit that womens in algeria wear daily in various cities as in the algerian west it's called "bouina" in the capital it's called "hayek" when you go to constantine it's called "melaya" but it's different than the other ones ! and also even in tunisia womens wear hayek btw. & don't worry womens are not obligated to wear it lol it's just a Qautidian dress style but nowadays womens rarely wear this .. and YES we do have soooo many interesting traditional clothing !
