Technically its not part of the nintendo IP so its not a part of LOZ but Ben Drowned did originate from LOZ playground rumors in the 90s - early 2000s so its up for debate

He wouldn't be considered part of LOZ. Considering he was a fanmade ARG and the story isn't owned by Nintendo. It also helps that in universe, their world is real and not a game which means nothing B.E.N or Ben could do would work in the timeline or in universe.
