Great defender for high school for sure. Bailey’s unwillingness to get down and defend was exposed in this game
This game is the coaches fault. How are you going to full court press the entire game even after they easily beat it time after time to get good shot after good shot

Need to run more pick and roll screen plays for Bronny and OTHER shooters they have shooters lol. Could’ve won with better coaching and prioritizing BOTH Bronny and Amari. Should’ve split the scoring between them, bet they would’ve won 😪

MJ also didn't won anything serious with his school team, he was not even rated among 300 best of his age. But he was good and there were no 4-5 stars recruits in his team. Amari had everything but no result. Serious coaches will notice that I'm sure.
@@DmitryRudovskiy not really because they’ve already seen how his skill stacks up to those around him and his potential. High school games can boost you if you win but they usually don’t do much to you lose. Especially if your talent still shows through

Amari has the potential to be a "good" player but, I assumed to remember people saying the same thing about Cassius Stanley, KJ Martin, BJ Boston, Zaire Williams. Years, time and development will tell you really can't give too much hype to Amari's current level in high school unless his talent is more inlined like Lebron in high school.
Great adjustment by Harvard Westlake to play fast and get into the transition game in the 2nd half. Very simple adjustment took out the 3-point shot & won them the game.

I said this 2-3 weeks ago when they got slapped by DJ wagner’s squad, they will die by that stupid wild full court press and unnecessary half court trap defense! 😡. They lost by one possession in this playoff game. for at least 5 possessions the other team scored on wide open buckets from these two outrageous defenses they run. Terrible coaching!!

It’s the coaching at this point. Why are you trapping teams every game? And that full court press. Some teams need a different game plan.
Young men have special athleticim. Seems like they play the game fast, I remember when I played in high school we played much slower in a way. Lots of defense & half court plays. We pass more l don't know today game everybody seems faster, stronger, jump higher. So naturally they just play faster because there special athleticim
Bronny disappeared this game. He had an impact defensively but offensively he needs to take the weight off of Amari’s shoulders. Great hustle by both teams but the team with more heart won, not more skill

True but from what I’ve seen Amari has 2 flaws: 1. He can be a ball stopper in key moments and 2. his effort on defense is lackluster. Still great obviously but those mistakes were biggest made by any of the players. The coaches however were the reason for this loss

I wish the coach would allow them to sit in a chair and play real defense instead of this full court press once a high IQ ball handler breaks it a few times it’s useless and they’re just running around draining themselves

You can't like someone into making it into the NBA lol. Dude just isn't talented enough. Doesn't matter who your daddy is, how much money you have, what special trainers and nutritionist you use. At the end of the day you either have it or you don't and watching him play he clearly doesn't have NBA level skill. He's good, he's athletic, I am sure very mature and could handle the pressure of the media, but none of that matters when you're going against grown men who have proven NBA level talent who also mind you will probably play Bronny harder because of who he is. I give him a good chance of making it on his name alone, but he will be trash at the pro level and I would bet my entire bank account on that.
Facts I’m glad someone is being honest. Bronny’s game isn’t good enough for overseas play at this moment let alone become a draft pick. Gelo Ball got up more points than Bronny.
