My shiny that I was determined to get in the Dynamax Adventures was Necrozma, which took quite a while, even with the shiny charm.
My biggest issue was when I took quick breaks in my hunt to try out different legendaries. I got Tapu Bulu, Tapu Fini and Lunala within 3 encounters each...
I did about 300 dynamax adventures looking for my shiny Lugia. I had the shiny charm, my experience made me feel the pain that is the amount of time one of these raid Hunts can take

It is a 1 in 100 chance with a shiny charm per pokemon. A 1 in 25 chance for a shiny if he caught all 4 pokemon. This dude is very unlucky.

Holy crap. Flashbacks to my own hunt of this damn thing, took me 3 months and 450 encounters to finally catch it in a Beast ball- best streams of my life. Once again, you used the Umineko soundtrack to its utmost potential, honestly got shivers listening to the start of the video. Birth of a new Witch is one of my favourites. i'm assuming that both people would be able to catch it though, otherwise that'd be....unfair.
Can we all agree that zygarde was the HARDEST legendary in the raid dens. And for all those who say they got it first try, you had crazy luck
I 100% agree and most certainly did not catch it first try. However, when I did catch it, a pleasant surprise was waiting in the form of Shiny Zygarde 😅

This hunt definitely took me a while, but not as long as Stakataka which I'm STILL hunting in 2024 😑
I did get a shiny Mesprit first try and shiny Moltres on the second so maybe I just spent all my luck on them.

@@joshuatheodros5002 I didn't either, you just go in with strangers and do your best to help everybody out. Grab anything with Wide Guard, that goes a long way for those Thousand Arrows/Waves
I also bought the dlc late unknowingly what was in the dlcs, but watching some windows later I found out about dmax adventures, and then I hunted for my long lived legit shiny rayquaza. It looks so cool in the crown tundra just following you around.

I never really liked Tapu Lele, but after seeing her shiny she hopped into my top 10 shinies. I personally prefer Tapu Koko to Lele, as I think yellow and black are better.
Tapu Fini has to be my favorite Tapu.
There is no yellow and black on Koko, the yellow got replaced with black ☠️

Shiny raid hunting can either make you feel vert lucky or very unlucky.
For instance, I'm over 100 raids for my shiny Tapu Lele, whereas it took me 50 for my shiny Buzzwole, 16 for shiny Mewtwo, 36 for shiny Tapu Fini, and 8 for shiny Tapu Bulu.
But the luckiest I gotten with raids was when I did 4 raids for a shiny Latias, BEFORE I had the shiny charm.
The luck of the dice I guess.
EDIT: I finally got my shiny Tapu Lele after 148 raids. I wanted to catch it in a Love Ball, but I didn't know this raid was gonna be the one, so it's in a Luxury Ball. Still, I'm very grateful.
Also caught a shiny Xurkitree in Ultra Sun after 24 hours and over 4000 resets.
And my first kyogrw raid finished was shiny so it's just lucky or not cause since then not a single shiny

@@lesouth0348 You've been hunting Rayquaza and Ho Oh for about 2 or so years?! God damn man, that takes a lot of patience. My best suggestion is to hunt them in a different game, like in Ultra Sun, get the shiny charm, and soft reset the old fashion way. Other than that I dunno.
I had my shiny Rayquaza from an old event tho.

I remember doing Giratina raids forever trying to get the shiny and then gave up only to do a Yveltal raid and get that one shiny in 1 raid lol, literally only needed it for my dex too

I got a shiny tapu lele from the dynamic adventures too. I was just trying to catch all the legendarios and zoomin through all the Pokémon and choose tapu lele and found out it was shiny.
