You had the brake control to 0% on the remote that why you couldn't calibrate, once you moved it out of 0% it worked, nothing to do with how many times you've turned left and right. Same for when you've tried to calibrate the ESC.

I was loosing my mind when I celebrated my Felony. You are not the only one. I feel your frustration.
I had a bear of a time re-binding my stock radio..Hey, 23:20, yeah, full right, and you turned it left. lol AVC and all adjustments are supposed to be in the middle. It said all that stuff in my manual...25:30, you had it bound, what were you trying to do? I'm trying to remember where I saw in writing to have everything centered. Maybe in the instructions that came for the radio itself..forgot now.
ANother fun issue I had, and this was with 3 different cars, and 3 of that same radio, when I finally got it bound and seemingly working properly, I took it out, and the damned car kept turning right for some dumb reason! I'd turn the AVC down all the way and it was fine. What was THAT all about? Like I said, did it on 3 cars too. The fix was so weird, but worked in all 3 cases, I was TOO CLOSE to model when binding! I went in to the next room, and tried it from there, and had no issues. how weird is THAT!?
Anyway, have fun with your Felony, and I see the video's 3 years old, so I'm betting you figured allll this out already! lol

Nice video!! Mine sat for 6 months, now won't Bind. The lights on the receiver go on and off when calibrating f n r and steering but that's it! When restarting nothing works at all, no throttle or steering... thinking maybe bad reciever or transmitter?
If it's like my Felony, the problem was bad receiver.
My receiver flashes orange when I bind, for brake, left and right, no light when I do throttle.
Arrma warranty service sent me a new ESC, still nothing works. I asked them for a new receiver 2 days ago, and it's like I'm talking to a ghost. Which is weird, because if they didn't give a shit, why did they send my ESC next day air mail?
I dunno, maybe they expect me to open a new warranty claim on the website again...

I just got one of these and the radio just gives a red LED blinking when you turn it on. No reaction from car, won't go to bind mode, tried different batteries. To turn it off you have to physically remove the batteries. Is it DOA?

Thanks for the video man. I lost my s**t many times trying to calibrate. I found it would only complete correctly if i turned the brake rate to maximum. The manual is good for one thing.....a fire starter!!

Hello friend, I have a radio dx3 and in my arrma infraction 6s I will have moved some settings with the bluethoot module in the app, the problem is that when I detach the avc does not turn off and the wheels no longer turn, instead when I reactivate the avc is always active and the wheels instead turn, I can not detach the avc yes and mixed with the servo, Please help me.

Just watch the video you made a year ago on calibrating the spectrum radio on your infraction or felony I had the same problem with my lasernut and I was going nowhere until I found your video watched it all the way to the end guess what I'm driving the lasernut.👍😁

Nice video, I love this car , actually that receiver and transmitter are very good although I might not buy that very similar car but I ordered for the transmitter/receiver for my rally car build.
best video regarding the explanation of how to rebind and calibrate the felony / infraction. have you ever set the servo endpoints? I'm afraid this is the same adventure ... my infraction has now got a new servo within the warranty. but I don't get the endpoints set! is not fun.

Has to be completely level too, I heard Tony say. I assume that's for the AVC, robot driver, thingy. It is different setting this one up compared to the old way. I can't even do this, again, that's why I got married. We all need help from time to time..lol..he can do it for me!!! But hey, you got it..way to go.
I love it cause in the manual it didnt state to turn BRAKE and AVC up unless I missed that and YES IT WORKS IT ACTUALLY WORKS (said in DOCS voice from Back to the FUTURE!!!!!!)

I'm having this issue with the spektrum 150a eac I have the tailon 6s exb rtr and I'm trying to calibrate the esc I was able to bind it but the calibration isn't working I have steering but know throttle I'm not even getting the first beep to accept the netural position please help
When setting calibration, braking rates on transmitter must be turned to full on (clockwise), avc doesn't matter, but brake rate is mandatory! Otherwise it'll NOT recognize value intended!..

Man man..iknow its 2 years old, but i noticed within sec that yoir brake rate was at 0... Reading a manual isnt rocket science...it doesnt say anywhere my avc and BRAKE, need to be aal the way up, so lets put that at 0...so 0 brake, then complain that you have 0 brake..🤔🤔

Hi,RC Guy. When binding Spektrum radios you need to hold the bind button longer. Give it a few seconds After that , the procedure is flawless. Spektrum systems are great once you get to know them. Also,keep the trims at zero when binding.

Man, i love this video, wicked freaking awesome. Just bought an Outcast 8S and its great now that it is calibrated correctly. I was laughing with you the whole time you were doing the Cals and binding process. The manual is correct in all it says, in all areas but spektrum has got to be the finky cat. Cant pet that shit, gotta caress and hold it and say, " why in the hell are you doing this to me." Thank you from the RATT.

It's a very long story but I try to shorten it up a buddy of mine was having a tough time binding his radio so I decided to go through a whole bunch of different just tests with one particular radio to see if I could figure it out and it seemed as though no matter what I did each time there was a different result It's a very long story Finally in the end if this is the right video cause I've done a couple of them finally in the end I think I got it right At least Setting your Max throttle can result in a positive because there was a rumour going around that the throttle was set at 80% or 75 I can't remember what with the exact percentage was from the factory on some units

You can do 100% (esc setting)
So you can brake later 🚕💨
When i have set my brake on 100%
The wheels block on high speed. So i set it back tho 75%

All three are essentially the same with little differences that make all three differ from each other. The infraction seems to be the better first choice in my opinion. From there you can purchase the necessary parts to convert. It's not cheap though.

this whole calibration process is ultimately for the AVC function, after you bind the RX.
then you move onto ESC calibration.
Without the AVC, you simply bind the RX to the TX, then calibrate the ESC.
Also making adjustments to End point will also mean re bind and calibration, Pain in the ASS if you ask me. Especially if you aint using AVC.
