For anyone interested the plain biscuits or whatever they call them, used in the cheesecake can be found in some stores as digestive cookies. I personally have not seen them in the us, but I have seen them in canada.

We don't exactly use butter on brigadeiro ;^; We just throw condensed milk and nescau or toddy and mix, after que put it in a plate or some any place and wait until it hardens. After that we just get the chocolate sprinkles and do little balls (but there it's a big one so it's fine) and eat it ^'^
