I love this pattern; I'm actually researching to try to find a wrap pant that is a little more "wrappy" and will cover so the side split is not quite so showy to enable it to go to the office ;) More like they use to call a "Palazzo pant" in the 70's!
Subscribed ! Such a great video, you are pretty brilliant my dear, and a shining example of what we all hoped the internet would become back when it all began ! Sooo..... I hope you continue to create content !! I get pretty lazy about " figuring things out" in my old age, but people like you remind me to continue to challenge myself. My one hack will be to figure out a velcro or button at the waist to avoid to the bulk of a tie... because every day is a challenge to not add more to my waistline 🙂
@@marensievert I had been hoping to essentially sew a lining made of darker solid colored polyester chiffon so that the lining would be a similar weight to the rest of it.
I've been wanting to make these kinds of pants for so long! Definitely saving this video so I can make a pair for next summer!
That's Great! Lot's of Fun Sewing :))
Anything else you want to see me make?
@@marensievertmaybe some sort of overall dress!
Thais a good Idea :) Thank you!

A lettuce hem would be cute with this style

I’ve read several instructions and yours is the most complete and easiest to understand and follow. You are a great teacher!

Love it great vid Ty
I wanna make some but struggling for what material to use
Go for a viskose or a linen, that should be great 😊
Hey! Love this pattern!
How much fabric in meters would it require?
Just to check, will this pattern possibly work with a polyester chiffon?
Should work, but it will be see through wouldn’t it?
