because 100 wale candidates 80 wali video ko 1.25x pr dekhenge to net 100 wpm ho jaegi video ki speed lekin agr hum 100 wali ko 0.75x pr dekhenge to vo 75 wpm ho jati h which is quite unfair for us....hope you understand the problem.
