When I was in India I did not know about Civet cats. But I bumped on this as a coincidence while writing a paper on Covid-19. Civet cats carry coronavirus which is somewhat close to Covid-19 virus.
No those are village wells that ppl use during rainy season for water........ Thats not a forest area sometimes wild animals adventure into villages and end up like this!

@@WJack97224 oh don't ask these are remote villages they just use a rope and bucket to collect water, in India most ppl don't purify water they just boil it that's all. About the ladder, obviously they cannot let the civet roam around the village creating chaos for sure! So they caught it and they'll take it to protected zones and release it their.
the release part isnt there. These men are the wildlife rangers and our country is not equipped to have all the high tech facilities sadly. we do with what we have. In terms of love for animals we are definitlely at the top
