For the PvZ statues it really shines where the movie figures. Even though they're mostly based on concept arts but the Black Adam one and The Flash movie Batman, top notch stuff!!!!!
I might get this. I wish it was styled after the art of Curt Swan, Ivan Reis, or someone else but I understand why Frank chose Jim Lee's style. He sells. Let's hope we get more mini statues.
I like this. I think that you’re right it is a good value. I am not really a fan of the way Jim Lee draws Superman. I preordered it and I’ll have to see it in person to decide if I want to keep it. Awesome review as always.
I know it's not one to one Jim Lee but it's certainly one to one to the original Dcuo superman design. And seeing as I missed the original I'm for sure getting this one
You make me want to buy this statue. The gargoyle pose is a bit too subtle for a PVC statue. Something I learned is that depends on the material there's certain poses for statues that you would do or avoid. For plastic you can do these wider more spread out action poses without worrying about weight. Where the gargoyle pose is a bit too plain when you can do more. And also weight Wise it might be leaning more on one side

I got one for $35.00 even. Fan of Jim Lee. I needed a Superman for my statue collection and this one satisfies.

to me, it's 9.5/10 except the head sculpt.. the face looks weird..
