WABC 1983 Commercials (60fps)

Hope everyone is having a great week so far! 🎉 This is from a vhs tape I recently digitized in my collection that my Mom recorded years back in 1983. It consists of commercials and bumpers that aired during a TV Movie Legs and I noticed the Dad from Home Alone in it which was pretty cool, Enjoy! 🙂

Lots of ads in the New York City area mention Macy's and Bamberger's before the latter became the former in 1986.

I remember the theme scene and theme song from "The ABC Sunday & Monday Night Movies". I was watching Channel 13 in Memphis, Tennessee.

0:08 - Juliet Prowse for L'eggs pantyhose.
1:08 - Ella Fitzgerald for Kentucky Fried Chicken.
2:15 - Charles C. Welch as the spokesman for Pepperidge Farm apple juice. He took over the company's spokesman role from Parker Fennelly in the 1970s.
6:04 - Frank Converse for Excedrin.
8:01 - John Forsythe does the voiceover in the bumper for Michelob beer.
9:58 - Jayne Modean is the woman in the Caress commercial.
10:59 - James Harder does the voiceover in the ad for S.O.S. soap pads.
