Black & White touches on the ups and downs of drug use, the high highs and the low lows. It truly shows how much Juice was addicted to the pills, lean, etc., and was very open about his addiction. He understood where the drugs would eventually lead him to (death) but he relied heavily on drugs as a means to cope. He throws his own funeral to show that he understands where the drugs are going to put him, but he still needs them in order to continue.
So glad you finally reacted to this. Was waiting for this one a long time. Not only because of how good the song is but how powerful the video is. And you seemed to catch most of it with the partying first, then the depressing aftermath/hangover and then the memorial sight which was for Juice. It’s really so much sadder looking back at the video now that he’s actually gone. But thank you for this great reaction!
Juice said on Twitter that the funeral was for him. His past, drug-filled life died and he wanted to start anew as a sober person. Unfortunately, as we all know now, that past life came back to kill him. He tried his best to stop the drugs, but he couldn’t live without them.
@@ReactionTherapyOfficial Awesome is an understatement. But I think what would be amazing is if it’s possible to interview lil bibby or the kid laroi or trippin redd or g herbo or Chris long… they had personal relationships with juice and they knew him better than anyone. Or even his mother. She went on multiple small podcasts and had talks about juice… more so Jarad, not juice. And u got a 100k subs… a huge platform, this is very possible.
I’ve dealt with depression in anxiety most my life. Sleepless nights, panic attacks giving me cold chills throughout the night making me nauseous going days without eating solid food and just drinking my calories just so I don’t starve myself and still deal with it and even being neglected from people I thought I was close to. Never have I turned to drugs or drinking in my 20 years of life but still currently have bad panic attack episodes. I used it to turn to the gym as my drug and focusing on strength and athletic endeavors. Working and school, although I’m not cured and never may be it helps me and shows these drugs aren’t needed. As tempting as it was for me to just take something to sleep I tried my best to fight it because I don’t wanna feel that way. So I started a journey to continue my path and encourage everyone to do the same.
I love how he has an open mind about what juice talks about and doesn't pause everytime he talks about drugs in the songs and keep up the good work man appreciate the hard work that you put into these videos and channel so I can see someone else's first reaction to one of his songs

This has got to be one of my favorite Juice Wrld reaction from you. Your amazing therapist flow was on point. You really read the song from a deep empathic place. I think what you’re doing is making Juice smile😻
Pictured his own funeral/memorial in a music video and sitting there in person while he was still alive, cause he knew its gon end up like that if nothing changes, thats it. And that is more than unique, i have never experienced an artist like Juice wrld was. That song‘s been out for years now and it grew more and more on me, especially when the day came where he passed. This made up a whole nother vibe for day one listenors. 🥲🖤 such a partying feel good track but also so unfortunate.
When he said “what you think is normal is crazy to other people, and whats normal to other people is crazy to you”, this man really hits the nail on the head.

This was a lovely surprise on my way to work this morning! Wasn’t expecting any juice Wrld this week lol! Great track, showing the duality of the drugs and party lifestyle and then where it will ultimately lead - to his own death. Hits so much harder since he’s been gone, super sad. I think you’d be an awesome interviewer - I’d imagine it’d be like an extension of what you actually do professionally so would come really naturally to you. My brother worked in music journalism for a number of years here in the UK so I’ve been lucky enough to see hundreds of gigs with him over the last 25 years where he has to review the show or interview the artists/bands. He has a very ‘calming’ presence when interviewing, a very non threatening and respectful manner and tries not to show any signs of being ‘star struck’. He’s found that, for the most part, these artists are people with similar problems that we all experience and often, the more ‘famous’ someone was, the more introverted they became. When we make a mistake in our personal life or mess up at work, it’s only the people around you that normally realise what’s happened. But imagine every single slip up you make being national or even international news, having to second guess every relationship to make sure people are in your life for the ‘right’ reasons, trying to access help for any mental Health issues but having no confidence that it won’t ‘leak’. Imagine having addiction issues and seeing every single relapse being played out in the public domain or imagine being in active addiction and having both the resources to indulge in your addiction as much as you want and also having people around you that will literally get you anything you want. It’s no wonder so many of these artists can’t cope, especially the younger ones. They’re growing up in the public eye, spending extended periods away from home, some also have management and/or labels who enable their behaviour and don’t always have their best interests at heart - as long as the money keeps rolling in. The constant pressure to stay ‘current’, to keep trending online, to write the next ‘biggest’ hit, to constantly need to prove yourself, to be wary of everyone and everything. The list goes on and on. Sorry - I didn’t mean for my comment to be so ‘preachy’ - and long! It just upsets me so much that artists like Juice Wrld, Peep, Mac Miller, Avicci etc all needed help so badly and ultimately paid with their lives when they didn’t get it.

JuiceWRLD released Black & White and ended racism with one track. i’ve related with this at a personal level, not much but i’ll say that this man understood everything he was going through and everyone he was next to. I recently discovered your channel and i’m not dropping out, your reactions are too genuine and generous to be ignored. it’s beyond words to put to speech as to how you appreciate and approach the current generation, the lyrical aspect of every song you listen to and that you have an understanding explanation to every other line the artist sings, immaculate, i’m learning, from my friends, family, surroundings and you. keep going with these reactions to the songs broken people love, you help more than you know, I personally appreciate it so much. Thank You. ♥️
He just makes it sound soooo good, you literally can not help but vibe and sing along. The way he can talk about the demons he’s struggling with on an upbeat track makes you feel good but understanding what he’s talking about is just a super deep connection you almost feel with him. Almost like having a meaningful conversation with him
I have been batting depression for about a year now and juice wrlds music has been an escape for me. Just to listen to him makes me feel better. And I just love to hear your opinion on all of his songs because it makes me think about them a little deeper. Keep it up!!!
Love these videos. The energy in every video is always so positive and honest. I could be having a bad day when I watch a video and just seeing how happy and energetic you are makes me happy lol. Keep up the great content.
One of my favourite songs, I don’t even have friends but I still hangout by myself and chill to this song. Juice makes it feel like everything will be ok but then I see his life mistakes and learn from it. Rest In Peace Juice 🕊
Vibing with you to a Juice song & freaking out simultaneously as soon as the beat drops is a new hobby now! 😂 Love your content Tom & thanks Nick for always putting so much work in!
Been clean off all of these things for almost 4 years now and I can extremely relate to this song and what you're saying. Very good to see your point of view on all of this because in the moment you really don't realize what you're doing to yourself and how it affects the ones you care about even if they don't know about what you're doing
Every reaction i have of this kid makes me cry and some how relate to his pain, this young man had some of the most potential i have ever seen in a young artist, just check out how many big rappers have said good things about juice, he had a natural talent, god giving most likely, something you are just born with, a once in a lifetime generational type of thing. The way he could articulate his pain into songs was an art that reached millions and his success in such a short amount of time goes to show you how good he was But juice had demons he could not get away from, he knew something we didn’t, in many videos and leaked songs he spells out how he literally died and thats so haunting if you actually think about it. Even in this music videa he was sitting at his memorial, maybe at the time he didn’t know he was going to die but juice knew he had to put out as much music as he could to help before he left. R.i.p Juice 🧃🌎 Legends never die 🔥💯
@@ReactionTherapyOfficial thank you so much for the reply! love your videos and how you branch out, not from your comfort zone but from music maybe you wouldn't normally listen to, just because it might contain bad language and to some glorify drug abuse, this young man had a story to tell and you help put it out there with what you do! keep up the great work and help!
When he says “tell me are they working” referring to the drugs really breaks my heart as if he is asking his fans if the drugs were making him sound good
I love the fact that someone of your belief and age can enjoy the music and see and listen to it, at not only face value but also the lyrical meaning without preaching your beliefs (unlike many others) i love the enthusiasm and to see you enjoy a musical legend of our generation without judgment, keep it up man :) much love from the UK ( nothing wrong with adding in your religious opinion on the matter, in fact i can find it interesting, just some channels seem to make it the forefront of the video and link it all back to religion)
also, once juice is dressed in all white and he’s by himself it’s symbolising that he’s died and is in heaven, that’s why all the other peeps are by his memorial site. juice was showing us that he knew what would happen but he just couldn’t stop unfortunately
if you look at this song/music video in the wrong way, you see him talking about drugs and partying all night and it being a fun and thrilling time, but if you look at it the right way, hes showcasing that doing drugs and partying like that sucks - hence: "i am getting too f**ked up... i might throw up.... ill be ok" and you can see that when looking at the extras in the video sitting around looking lifeless and empty, its not fun like you may think, and that its a bad thing and he knows its not right but its a way to escape his demons and that living like this will probably kill him one day. basically shedding light on how bad it is to get into that lifestyle because it can and will ruin you as a person as well as maybe even ruin your life or end it so some older/out of touch people will watch this and be like "this is horrible hes glorifying drugs and partying all night" when in reality its the opposite and hes showing how terrible of a lifestyle it is that is very hard to come out of if you get into it EDIT**: i typed out all of this before the video even started as ive seen it before and just in case you might have missed something but you caught on to it all now that im going through the video and i love that, love your reactions as always you always get the message and understand the true meaning :)
Good evening, thanks for the videos and the time that you take for making the videos. Juice (Mr. Higgins) was raised in a Christian household. I say this to say that he was no stranger to the potential outcome of what drugs can do to a person. The murial (if that's the proper word for it) referring to the burial site is referring to his own death. As a fan of his talent, I believe he knew the possibility of his passing could happen on the particular road of life for him. However he was kind enough to share the pure truth of his story with all of the fans to give us a front view take on exactly what was happening and the never ending cycle of depression, coping, and back to depression. I think this was a powerful statement as this video was made a decent time before his passing. Yet the video was a honest foretelling of the future for him. He mentions death on a few occasions. Red moonlight I believe is one of the best songs as far as where his mind traveled to. All in all just an opinion, thanks for taking the time to do the videos. RIP to Juice.
First of I wanted to say that I appreciate you very much 🙏 I know you cant react to a whole album, but the adhd album from Joyner Lucas starts so good and gives one such a eerie feeling it's crazy.
For juice he was my favorite artist as soon as I heard his music and even before juice started making music lil peep was my favorite artist so the song “legends” by juice wrld is a dedication memorial song to lil peep and xxxtentacion which you have reacted to him too this was my favorite song for so long you have to listen to it it’s just amazing and love the reaction keep it up!!!
I wanna say as a man who dealt with addiction I can say, this song puts the mood of how it is, living fast trying to get away from the problems in your head by cracking a seal, or popping the top. I was told by my mom "When are you gonna stop hurting yourself like this." and all I could say was "When Im dead" when you're in the mindset of all time low, it's all or nothing. Even when the lows hit, the drugs were there to get me away, and I liked the peace it gave me that I never had. Happily, 9 months sober and still going. But your right, his music is true, the lyrics are true, but when the demons call, dont pick up the phone.
you may or may not see this, but if you're interested even MORE in Juice WRLD & Lil Peep, they both have documentaries that are available to watch! Lil Peep's is "Everybody's Everything" and it's streaming on Netflix still. Juice WRLD's is called "Into the Abyss" and it really does a deep dive on both of their lives and shows you a side of them you'd never see if it was never documented. They are unreal, 10/10 recommend!!!!
Definitely an eye opening music video. Wish it didn’t happen but he needs to be the symbol of what the reality of drugs and what they do to you. RIP JUICE❤️

I think this song is about him separating his black friends from his white friends and because both parties were doing drugs, he took double the amount they would and overdosed. The two parties realized and came together at his memorial. I think Juice WRLD was talking about racism. I don't know if this is true. I honestly came up with this on my own. The first time I watched the music video, I came up with that understanding in my head and cried.
Yes Tom, when Jarad was sitting by the burial it was him that “died” in the video. He was trying so hard to tell people his time would be cut short.. in real life.
It has really come to the point where I‘m talking along your whole intro cause it‘s stuck in my head so much! 😂 Love your content Tom as always I‘ve probably told you this 100 times by now but oh boy do you make our days better!!!

Yooo what you said here made me realize why I glorify doing drugs so much…. Anytime I think about socializing and having fun, drugs always comes to mind… maybe that’s bc that’s how I grew up and the main way I got along w people is by doing drugs with them… I was really lonely when I was young and had a really hard time making friends

Thank You. ♥️
Wow, thanks shivam! Very kind words that “made my day”!😊👍
This is in my top 5 for sure
Near the end, the first guy had a nose bleed from snorting coke. And the next guy just ODed and they were holding a memorial for him.
Thank you for reacting to this
Loved how he said “black friends” are not healthy 🤦🏽♂️
This is a song I’ve been waiting for you to do for a long time. Great reaction to the beat drop lol!
THanks Ronnie!😊👍
He just makes it sound soooo good, you literally can not help but vibe and sing along. The way he can talk about the demons he’s struggling with on an upbeat track makes you feel good but understanding what he’s talking about is just a super deep connection you almost feel with him. Almost like having a meaningful conversation with him
I have been batting depression for about a year now and juice wrlds music has been an escape for me. Just to listen to him makes me feel better. And I just love to hear your opinion on all of his songs because it makes me think about them a little deeper. Keep it up!!!
Thanks jerrel! That means a lot and keep on fighting! I appreciate your support 😊👍
i’m so happy you reacted to this. one of the most powerful music videos juice ever did. keep these coming!!
This is definitely one of my favorite songs
Let’s goo more juice wrld he’s my favorite artist of all time. 999 LLJW
Love these videos. The energy in every video is always so positive and honest. I could be having a bad day when I watch a video and just seeing how happy and energetic you are makes me happy lol. Keep up the great content.
Thanks so much Samuel 😊👍
Juice use to watch reactions on youtube when he was coming up. He would definitely enjoy these videos you're doing
That’s a cool story!😊👍
Congrats on 80k you guys deserve that and more, I cant wait for more! 100k for Jill!
I know, I’m praying we get 100k in 💯 days so she will do it!😳😁👍
One of my favourite songs, I don’t even have friends but I still hangout by myself and chill to this song. Juice makes it feel like everything will be ok but then I see his life mistakes and learn from it. Rest In Peace Juice 🕊
Been waiting for this one
Feel like Empty by juice would be a great reaction to see from you next juice day!
Yes!!! I’m so glad you snuck a Juice in!!! ❤️🔥
Me too Amy!!😊👍
Vibing with you to a Juice song & freaking out simultaneously as soon as the beat drops is a new hobby now! 😂
Love your content Tom & thanks Nick for always putting so much work in!
Just saw your second comment and love it! Thanks so much!😊👍
Been clean off all of these things for almost 4 years now and I can extremely relate to this song and what you're saying. Very good to see your point of view on all of this because in the moment you really don't realize what you're doing to yourself and how it affects the ones you care about even if they don't know about what you're doing
the first juice song I heard, and still one of my favs, loved the reaction!
I love how much you loved the switch up. It made me so happy! Love the vids keep it up
Thanks Lucas!😊👍
Love your video especially all the juice content! 999 💙 watching from Perth Australia 🇦🇺
Thank you!!😊👍
Love the juice reactions, he means so much to so many, and got so many people through their own pain my sharing his 999
Every reaction i have of this kid makes me cry and some how relate to his pain, this young man had some of the most potential i have ever seen in a young artist, just check out how many big rappers have said good things about juice,
he had a natural talent, god giving most likely, something you are just born with, a once in a lifetime generational type of thing. The way he could articulate his pain into songs was an art that reached millions and his success in such a short amount of time goes to show you how good he was
But juice had demons he could not get away from, he knew something we didn’t, in many videos and leaked songs he spells out how he literally died and thats so haunting if you actually think about it. Even in this music videa he was sitting at his memorial, maybe at the time he didn’t know he was going to die but juice knew he had to put out as much music as he could to help before he left.
R.i.p Juice 🧃🌎 Legends never die 🔥💯
Well said Bernie! Thanks so much for sharing your insight, very well said!😊👍
@@ReactionTherapyOfficial thank you so much for the reply! love your videos and how you branch out, not from your comfort zone but from music maybe you wouldn't normally listen to, just because it might contain bad language and to some glorify drug abuse, this young man had a story to tell and you help put it out there with what you do! keep up the great work and help!
@@bernie9996 you got it! Thanks to you!😊👍
Literally love this guys content
Thank you 😁😁😁
I love how he just vibin to juice
Tryin my best😊👍
When he says “tell me are they working” referring to the drugs really breaks my heart as if he is asking his fans if the drugs were making him sound good
The way you break down lyrics that is totally insane that’s make me to subscribe to your channel ❤️❤️love from Nepal 🇳🇵
Thank you so much for joining the family and I really appreciate your comments😊👍 hello Nepal!
@@ReactionTherapyOfficial much appreciate 😫
I love how, as a therapist, opening up your mind to Hip Hop music, is your therapy. We're here with you
Thank you! It’s been a blast!😊👍
Thanks for the comments aaren! And I appreciate your giving me a chance😊👍
Keep going these videos are awesome!!!
Thank you!!!!😊👍
also, once juice is dressed in all white and he’s by himself it’s symbolising that he’s died and is in heaven, that’s why all the other peeps are by his memorial site. juice was showing us that he knew what would happen but he just couldn’t stop unfortunately
if you look at this song/music video in the wrong way, you see him talking about drugs and partying all night and it being a fun and thrilling time, but if you look at it the right way, hes showcasing that doing drugs and partying like that sucks - hence: "i am getting too f**ked up... i might throw up.... ill be ok" and you can see that when looking at the extras in the video sitting around looking lifeless and empty, its not fun like you may think, and that its a bad thing and he knows its not right but its a way to escape his demons and that living like this will probably kill him one day. basically shedding light on how bad it is to get into that lifestyle because it can and will ruin you as a person as well as maybe even ruin your life or end it
so some older/out of touch people will watch this and be like "this is horrible hes glorifying drugs and partying all night" when in reality its the opposite and hes showing how terrible of a lifestyle it is that is very hard to come out of if you get into it
EDIT**: i typed out all of this before the video even started as ive seen it before and just in case you might have missed something but you caught on to it all now that im going through the video and i love that, love your reactions as always you always get the message and understand the true meaning :)
Thank you for saying this, two ways to look at it, hopefully people look at it the way you said!😊👍
Such a genuine reaction and just overall awesome video 999 forever
Thank you Dylan!😊👍
Well said Solomon! Thank you for sharing this and for giving me such insight into juice!😊👍
First of I wanted to say that I appreciate you very much 🙏 I know you cant react to a whole album, but the adhd album from Joyner Lucas starts so good and gives one such a eerie feeling it's crazy.
That’s a good idea! We should do an album reaction!😁😁
2:59 you’re reaction’s are so wholesome 🤎
Thank you! I embarrass myself sometimes 😊👍
Love this song you should listen to used too by juice, its my comfort song
I love how he is actually falling in love with this music. It’s great !

Ah yes we love juice wrld days
This is my favorite juice song .. battling a lean addiction this song hit diff and I got over it 😤 💪🏾
Sooo glad this finally got reacted too😳
you may or may not see this, but if you're interested even MORE in Juice WRLD & Lil Peep, they both have documentaries that are available to watch!
Thanks so much for this Jordan…I saw the juice Wrld one but that’s it 😊👍
@@ReactionTherapyOfficial No problem! Love the continuous videos. :D

Definitely an eye opening music video. Wish it didn’t happen but he needs to be the symbol of what the reality of drugs and what they do to you. RIP JUICE❤️

Thank you very much!😊👍
27 Club is a great one, he really details what addiction is like
Amazing vid🙌... Up there in reaction channels for sure
Thanks so much baby goat!😊👍
I think this song is about him separating his black friends from his white friends and because both parties were doing drugs, he took double the amount they would and overdosed. The two parties realized and came together at his memorial. I think Juice WRLD was talking about racism. I don't know if this is true. I honestly came up with this on my own. The first time I watched the music video, I came up with that understanding in my head and cried.
I watch a TON of TH-cam. And I’ve seen people grow. But you are growing soooo fast!!! Keep up the great work Tom and Nick 😁😁
Thanks so much eric! Appreciate your support!😊👍
From 13k to 80k subscribers good job
Crazy isn’t it!!!???😁😁😁
I love this song
Yes Tom, when Jarad was sitting by the burial it was him that “died” in the video. He was trying so hard to tell people his time would be cut short.. in real life.
Big ups ,Respect to Tom and (Nick?) For hitting the 80k mark , your work ethic is crazy
Thanks so much Craig! Nick and I are so grateful and excited😁😁👍
Great job Tom you’re amazing at these😁😁
Thank you Samuel!😊👍
It has really come to the point where I‘m talking along your whole intro cause it‘s stuck in my head so much! 😂
Love your content Tom as always I‘ve probably told you this 100 times by now but oh boy do you make our days better!!!
Thank you so much! I really appreciate you sticking around, commenting and supporting all this time, even though I don’t know your first name, just bloddzy 😁😁👍
@@ReactionTherapyOfficial My first name is Noah! By the way greetings from Austria 🇦🇹 :)
@@googlemapsspeedruns777 thanks Noah!😊👍
Yooo what you said here made me realize why I glorify doing drugs so much…. Anytime I think about socializing and having fun, drugs always comes to mind… maybe that’s bc that’s how I grew up and the main way I got along w people is by doing drugs with them… I was really lonely when I was young and had a really hard time making friends
Very nice awareness and thanks for sharing that, keep it up and thanks so much for watching 😊👍
@@ReactionTherapyOfficial Thank you!
“How to separate the lyrics from the music”. I feel that way about every song by this legen🙌🏻
I’ll never get tired of watching you react to JUICE WRLD 😍😍
