Just cut the pool floats in half so they are half circles as they will protect the undersides of your kayaks and are strong enough to lift the boat slightly too. Also, before the boat begins to warp, it will push down on the pool floats. No way when I break in my new Hobie Outback will I catch something that big. The lake I will be in's biggest that has been caught was just over 5#, but I will be happy with a bunch of bass to break her in like you got at first. Congrats on that bass, she is a nice one.

You really need to respect the fish. From releasing them gently to getting them back in the water. You forgot your scale and shame on you but never should have tortured that fish. Should have immediately released after photos.
First off, love your videos! Serious down home, homemade fishing! Second, bruh you have GOT to work on your fish release, especially the ones that you foul hook! Shaking them off the way you do CAN seriously hurt the fish! Lastly, bruh release your big SOONER! Keeping them out the water that long just for a video op seriously stresses them out!!!
