Just choose a very simple topic for your intended level. As simple as teaching, numbers, days of the week, weather, etc for elem. Forming plurals, past tense forms for jhs. And evel literature too. You are only given a few mins to execute. So be animated, talk slowly and clearly, use gestures.

if you took jlpt then yes need copy ng cert. if hindi naman, then no need. yes may mga nurses like you na nakapasok sa jet. :)
