The 9-10 month box was my kiddos first Lovevery Box. She is now 14 months and still loves the stacking cups. I like that you take the time to compare the prices of the toys.
Good to know that they'll still be interested in playing with the toys months down then line.

We just got our months 9-10 box, and the blue ball that comes with the clear tube & stacking rings was different - you described yours as soft like a pingpong ball, and it didn't appear to make a sound. The one I received was really sturdy, and sounds like it has beads inside.
If that's not what you got, you should reach out to them and see if they will send you the new version of the ball! My son loves shaking it, it's his favorite thing right now from this box!
oh wow sounds like the ball you got is much better! I do know that Lovevery changed theil items in their boxes every so often.
Kevin Lu, I agree; I think you should reach out. I just received the 9-10 box for my daughter, and the ball wasn’t as you described. The ball was made with a strong plastic and had little beads inside. It's a real shame that your ball is different because that has been my daughter's favorite toy so far.

Our sons are the same age and get the packages at the same time! My son loves to play w the red base too! And the wooden rings
He can throw them around for hours. They work so well on hard surfaces like tile, I dont think carpet has the same effect. The blue bead ball and the egg are great! I think this has been his most used box so far. He hasnt done much w the bean bags either even tried following the instructions for those and NOTHIN lol not yet at least. The blocks are so nice and well made. Thanks for the videos
Definitely one of my favorite son's boxes so far. My son doesn't seem to enjoying throwing things on the floor as much even on the tile in our living room. He currently prefers to bang the objects together instead.
I was on the fence about this box, but your review pushed me over the edge. ;) I really want my little one to enjoy the unique stacker/tube/ball and the little canisters. Thanks for your videos; I love watching them.
I still think so far that this maybe one of my son's favorite box still. The canisters have never been rotated out as they're still some of his favorites and he's now 14 months old.
Thank you for the review! This box did seem to be the “lame” box out of the other boxes, so I was hesitant to buy it at first. It was the first box we got for my daughter a few weeks ago, and she loves her bean bags. Overall, I think it was worth the money

You’re welcome! They must have changed the ball since I received it. They do tend to update items every so often.

So far of all the Lovery kits, my daughter hasn’t absolutely love one thing at all. As much as I want her to, I find that the one thing she seems to like it just the spinning rainbow that she got previously. Though Lovery has great reviews, I just find that my daughter isn’t into the toys so much. 🤷🏻♀️
They do say each child is different and I've already noticed the different pace at which my daughter interacts with different toys versus my son around the same age.
I've noticed that when there are too many toy options out my son didn't focus as well and just touched everything a little bit. However, once I started limiting the amount he had access to he was able to focus a bit more. And I just rotated toys out that he didn't pay attention to and rotate back in at a later date and usually that worked.
Great in depth review! Just curious...how do you present all these toys to your son? Do you place them all out at once or introduce them one at a time? Also, what do you do with the toys from the other kits? Do you rotate them out or just leave them out for him to have access to all the time? Thanks!!
When I get a new box I usually introduce the toys one by one. I've noticed if I try too many toys at once he gets distracted. I also select toys to put aside when I introduce new ones as well. I find once a month rotation keeps him interested. I split the older toys into different categories. Ones that I know he doesn't play with anymore in a box for my next child and ones that will be rotated back in later on.

They are BPA free. According to Lovevery all their products products meet or exceed global safety standards for babies and children.
U know what I never understood what the recommended baby age means. Like if the kit is for 7-8 months does that mean to be used till baby is 8 months old?
It generally means that’s when you can introduce the toys to your child. Chances are some of the toys will require more time for them to master the skill than the two months.

They're painted wood.
I’ve never gotten a parent gift in a box 😂. What are some examples of past parent gifts?
I’ve gotten a mug, small note pad, and a catch all dish. The mug is the only thing I really use.

Hmm i started getting the lovevery boxed from 3-4 months and ive only received 2 boxes but i never got a gift for me on either of them 🤔
That seems to be the common theme from others who received boxes recently. They might have stopped the parent gift starting a couple months back. They weren't amazing gifts but was nice to have still.
I just ordered my first box (7-8) and it didn’t come with a parent gift and the things were slightly different (the basket is shaped differently, the cup is slightly different)
Maybe they've taken out the gift for the parent now. They really weren't anything too special. I just looked the new cup shape seems to be better. My son keeps trying to chew on the edges of the one we got. Had to stop using it as it was more distracting for him to use.
My son still chews on the side of the cup but it’s fine; also, based on the video, it seems to be heavier than previous ones (heavy bottom). He really seems to like it and hold it the right way up- I haven’t actually put water in it yet (waiting on a high chair to arrive, and he only just turned 7m yesterday), but I noticed that he was always reaching for my coffee cup every morning so now we have “coffee” together.
Yeah I found that my son likes to mimic what we're doing, so giving him his own cup makes him happy.
They heard what u said about the catch all dish so they skipped u this time 😜
lol I hope that's not the reason they stopped including the parent gifts in the box!
Hey Kevin and everyone LOVEVERY has changed this Explorer kit again🙄🙄🙄🙄 (more playthings taken away compared to a couple new playthings added) and they changed the Thinker which is the next kit. They are getting ridiculous and not changing the price. Lovevery very disappointing!!!!!
I had no idea they changed the Explorer. I’ll need to go check it out on their website.
