Cess Rodriguez yes koro sensei is the best assassin known as reaper when he is still a human, but he didn't destroy the moon, the experiment rat ( same experiment as koro sensei) at the moon that was explode, and the same thing will happen at koro sensei and the time is march 13, one year from the moon was destroy, in other word if he in earth then he will explode along with earth, so he use the reason to become a teacher of 3-E class saying that he is the one who destroy the moon and going to do the same to the earth, and that how he become the teacher and start the assassination classroom
