I swear watching this video made me cry so much! Depression and mental health is so real, but it’s unfortunate it’s not talked about enough within our community. Growing up on the south side of Chicago I’ve been through it all from losing people to ducking bullets but i ignored that trauma that i faced until I couldn’t ignore it nomore. Late last year, Earlier this year I developed not only anxiety but depression it had got so bad that I had suicidal thoughts because i felt like I couldn’t do it anymore. But God brought me through! If you’re reading this and going through something just know it gets better and that the world needs you here, everyday won’t be peaches and cream but we gotta keep fighting. RIP Poohman, Rishaunda, and Zell. ❤️🩹#MentalHealthAwareness
