I don’t know why anyone would hit the dislike button when this women is literally sharing ideas and skills that is so beneficial.
Quick advice when you're cracking eggs, crack them one by one in a separate plate before adding them to the bigger bowl - because you really don't want to crack 20 eggs into a bowl and then the 21st egg that you drop into the bowl is rotten... Much safe to check them one by one separately as you add to the bigger bowl...

The best way to check if there still fresh is simply by placing them
Into a bowl of water and if it rises up then it’s bad but if there stay in bottom then it’s all good.

Just a tip
You can boil different lentils and when they are soft enough with perfect soupy texture just temper it with oil and cumin seeds and eat with boiled rice...it would be great time saver and it does keep you full for a longer period of time

Lovely informative video. I too make breakfast burritos 🌯 for freezing and even my Mum likes them. Like the feedback you received I don’t like the scrambled eggs in the burrito, so I’ll use your idea and just fry the eggs instead. 🍳
I’ve never looked into how to make scotch eggs, but it seems quite straightforward. I also want to try making the muffins, thanks for the encouragement. 👏🏾🥳💞🙏🏾
One tip from me, I use a knife to break the skin the length of the sausage makes it easier to take the skin off.

Hi Suzzy...maybe the day u don't have sausage... U can use mashed potatoes instead of the sausage meat....n the after wrapping the egg in the mashed potatoes.. Cover it with breadcrumps n just go on with the rest of the procedure.... Thats my two cents💙

the risk i would encounter with batch cooking is EATING ALL and beating the whole purpose. i dont see how i would resist taking two from each tray, so would the rest of my family such that nothing would go to the freezer. my household would think im throwing a buffet party. we need a lesson on food discipline for adults and kids.

Suzy, I recommend that you crack the eggs individually on a separate bowl before adding. You might find one bad egg in a tray as much as the seller has assured you they are fresh.

Or you can hold the egg upright, crack from the top....look through to check if egg is good or bad before adding.
