I prefer the regular low version. Too much overlap pieces on the mid models. But this is technically the skate model. I skate with the regular low model, black and gum sole (including the side part). The stitching is black too, but only 2 pieces of overlap. As far as I can tell this would last just as long, no significant damage so far. If this had been black suede pieces with black stitching, it would be nicer to look at, my opinion of course.
